The sphere ojporery inrolres children andyouth who, in jact the least responsi-ble jor the State's ńtuation as well as their jamilies, are submitted to undergo mulń-dimensional depriration. Their lije drama is based on health haząrds and apreatly on danger ojpresening porerty pattems and negatire phenomena accompanying. Thus a reasonable solution is to abandon porerty by consdous education inrestment in the young generatton, starttng jrom an eańy age, consdous help oj the local surrounding as well as sodal care support proiided by the State. By breaking Iow education consdousness, which denotes gaining Iow education qualijications, with the support oj the State and local authorities we mery shape ambitious pattems and attitudes with regard to lije prospects oj the children andyouth who comejrom porerty backgrounds.
