Northwest, and Campus II Chess Club sponsors and beginners leamed the basis fundamcntals of succcssful chess strategy. Yeteran players trłed improving thdr skills to the point of exccllence among ollicr players of thdr calibcr. Northeast and Northwest Chess Clubs went to the Campus and competed In Intramural tournaments.
