The utilization of live microorganism in animal feed has gained considerable attention sińce it helps improving animal health, inereasing animal production and reducing the need of antibiotic. Bacillus suhtillis is one of the best choice for large scalę production because it is a spore-forming bacteria that grows rapidly. T his study is to find suitable media and fermentation process in order to achieve high spore concentration. The result showed that defatted soy bean meal based media contained 20 g/L defatted soy bean meal, 3 g/L
