CLASSIFICATION OF PROVINCES OF THE CLUSTER ANALYSIS METHOD ON THE BASED BUYING AND SELLING LAND PROPERTIES

Abstract
The artide concems the buying and selling land properties in Poland. Their number was 101 thousand in 2009, which constituted 48,7% of all transactions real estate in Poland. Value sales of land properties reached 8,4 bilion zł, which corresponded to 26,2% of sales total real estate. There is a variety of real estate between the Polish provinces. The duster analysis method allowed to divide the provinces into homogeneous groups with respect diagnostic features. The selection of diagnostic features was based on the coeffident of variation and Hellwig's parametric method. The methods used allowed to answer the ąuestions of which provinces was similarities and differences in terms of which land properties and what determines this division.
