COURSE AIMS:

The aim of the course is to introduction students with the fundamental issues related to the operation of the Computer, and basie software.

COURSE CONTENTS:

Basic concepts. Construction a Computer and a Computer system, Computer network basics. Elements of a typical PC configuration. Construction of the program and its execution by the Computer. The concept of the algorithm and flowchart of the program. Computer software to enable word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation graphics. Rules of the Internet. Construction of Web sites.

TEACHING METHODS:

Laboratory of audiovisual aids. Individual work of teaching materials containing exercises for self-execution.
