3. Student card:

Incoming students should firstly receive a student card. Student card is the most important document in your contacts with our University.

The charge of student card is 17 PLN. After arrival you should pay 17 PLN in our cash desk:

Monday- Friday 9.00-14.00

After payment, you will receive a confirmation from cash desk, which you should bring to the Studenfs Office, room 121 at the Faculty. There, you will receive your studenfs card (few days after payment) and examination form.

Very important thing is to upload your photo on your own account in Studenfs Portal. It's required to apply for studenfs card. You need also to write there your current address in Poland.

After the end of semester, you should bring your examination form and student card (if the end of semester is also the end of your stay) back to room 121. Based on the examination form, Studenfs Office is making The Transcript of Records for sending institution. Student should bring the examination form and studenfs card to the Office one week before leaving to their country.
