I d like to share with you an EXACT campaign that I run regularly and show you
exactly how easy it is to be able to scale it to make $500/month to even
$100/day.
This case study will show what it takes to set up just one campaign that can bring
you $5-10/day. This doesn t sound like a lot, but trust me when scaled this is an
extremely easy and extremely quick method of raking in cash.

Step One:
CPA Network Sign-Up
Sign up for PeerFly Here
I highly recommend PeerFly as this company is by far one of the best at treating
its users. The affiliate manager Luke Kling has been extremely helpful and is
always available for questions.
One of the BIGGEST pieces of advice I can give is to always be in touch with your
Affiliate Manager as they will tell you what programs are going to be the best for
you.
HINT: For a list of more CPA Networks you need to visit this WarriorForum thread. This is an ongoing
thread by WarriorForum members giving advice on Networks, which ones are the best, which pay the
fastest, etc.
You don t know what CPA is or means? Let me give you a very brief explanation.
A CPA Network is a company that consults with other companies and pays you
(the affiliate) for creating a lead/sale for the advertising company.
CPA stands for Cost Per Action. The most common type of CPA program, the one
we will be working with, is an email/zip submit in which you are paid a set price
for each email or zip code you provide to the company.

After you have applied and been accepted into a CPA Network you need to decide
how you will be making videos. Will you create your own videos, or are you going
to outsource them?
If your plan is to create your own, you need to aquire the following tools.
Screen Capture Software
- I use Debut Video Capture, but you can also use tools such as Hypercam,
Manycam, etc. Just use Google if you are stuck and don t know which
you prefer.
Video Editor
- I always prefer to use an actual video editing software, and I personally
can t stand Windows Movie Maker. If you have access to software such
as Sony Vegas, I highly suggest you go with paid software. If you want
cheap/free I recommend "Debut VideoPad Video Editor simply because
of its ease of use and user-friendliness
So once you ve decided on your route, you need to get started picking an offer,
this is where you ll need to go to your CPA network that you got accepted into.

Step Two:
Find an Offer
In the original YouTube Cash Cow WSO I went after a niche that I liked and KNEW
about, but for this WSO, I am going to use something I do not know anything
about, but am pretty sure will convert very well just by the way the site is
structured. PeerFly shows the EPC and Conversion Rate of the offer and
Swagbucks looks VERY ENTICING.
If you don t know what EPC stands for, let me break it down for you.
EPC=earnings per click. For every person that visits the page, this is how much
they are worth to the site. Right now SwagBucks EPC is at .56 meaning on average
every 2 visitors to the site is equal to 1$ of revenue for us. (That s Really Good).
It s also converting at an insanely high 18.52% Our YouTube video, will actually
convert higher.

As you can see in the SubID box I wrote  youtube this is so I can track where my
conversions are coming from. This will be necessary further down the line and not
covered in this WSO.
Step Three:
Making Your Video.
So now we have our offer next step is to turn on our screen capture program of
choice and record a video of us talking about the offer as a testimonial. You could
also do as I suggested in the first edition of this book and do a walkthrough (tour)
of the site. Here are 2 videos from other users showing what I m talking about

Neither one of these videos are mine, nor do I share any connection with the
people involved. These are simply examples of what people do in their YouTube
video reviews. Both styles have been proven to work and are very easy to make.
The main goal of a tour or a testimonial is to bring across to the viewer a sense of
trust that you aren t just posting another spammy video on YouTube. Scripted
videos come out fake and that is one thing we DON T want to convey to our
audience.
Outsourcing Your Video
There have been tons and tons of people create WSO s simply over outsourcing of
videos and to be frank, when it comes to Clickbank, CPA, etc. there isn t much to
it. You search for a person who will make a video for you (I like fiverr.com) and
you ask them to make your video. There isn t much more to it.

There are however rules you need to go by to keep your business alive and
booming on YouTube.
Rules:
1. We don t want over hyped stuff
a. A simple down-to-earth review of the product is all we need nothing
more, nothing less. Straight to the point, this product helped me this
way, and it ll help you this way. As long as it sounds honest and not
scripted it s a great testimonial. You wouldn t go up to a friend and
read a scripted review of a restaurant you just ate at.. Why would
you do the same with a potential client?
2. Length is key.
a. A video review that is 5 minutes long, is just plain too long. The user
will be fast forwarding it and it ll be all over. Short, sweet, to the
point. 30 Seconds to a minute is perfect for a testimonial. And 2-3
minutes for a walkthrough is ideal.

Step Five:
Domain Registration
Here is the part where we gain our lead s trust. Affiliate links are extremely long
and very spammy looking so instead of using a bit.ly url or some other url
shortener, we want to show that we are not going to  scam them. Now I say
scam very loosely the reason I say this is because nowadays many, many, MANY
people view anything  free as a scam; even if it is not true in the least.
Not only will this give us a little trust, and that trust will lead into a better CTR
(click through rate). We want to target a 10-20% CTR with this video. To the
average person that may seem high, but remember these people are already
searching for this so they are already interested. A good video will prequalify a
user faster than any other tool on this planet.
For this video I chose used a free .tk domain, but to enhance CTR, I strongly
recommend getting a TLD from Namecheap.

After you register your domain you are going to want to go into the domain
control panel and click forward, then click forward domain.
Step Six:
Keyword Research
We have to find keywords that are going to lift us up and get viewed by Google
and YouTube. There are many, many, MANY different ways to find keywords, my
favorite is Market Samurai. I m going to be honest right now and say it is the
absolute BEST keyword research tool out there.
The first step you are going to want to do is click  generate keywords

The tool is going to scour Google Adwords for a list of closely related keywords.
You may need to type in negative keywords if a few spammy keywords such as
 make money come up as they have nothing to do with the offer we are
promoting.
As you can see, after I typed in the negative keywords, 146 were removed that
left me with 9 good keywords. After you find the keywords you need, you want to
click  Keyword Analysis

Unlike building a niche site, which is what a majority of people use Market
Samurai for, we do not need any CPC/Adwords information. What we need is
simply SEO information so you need to have the following checked  SEOC, Total
Searches, SEOT, SEOTCR
I found 1 keyword that closely resembled the root keyword as well as 2 that also
stood out. When I searched in YouTube to find their competition this is what I
found:
For the root keyword we have 84,000 videos in competition, and 79,100. Not too
bad since we have some stealthy ways of getting to the top ;)
So obviously we want BOTH our Keywords in the Title of the video. We want it to
be a review, so we want it to also say review and scam, because this is what will
bring in viewers.
The title of our video will be:
 SWAGBUCKS UNBOXING: Free PSP From Swag Bucks
Our Description will look something like this:
I received a free psp 3000 from swagbucks. Watch as I Unbox a PSP I just received
in the mail from Swag Bucks.
Tags will look like this:

Swag Bucks, Swagbucks, Swag Bucks review, Swagbucks review, Swag Bucks scam,
Swagbucks scam, PSP Unboxing, Free PSP, PSP from Swagbucks, PSP from Swag
Bucks.
I don t like doing any more than this because it can look a little spammy.
Step Seven:
Upload the Video
Here is where you want to input your keywords into the title. One thing I need to
make very clear is we aren t keyword stuffing. Meaning the title and description
should not just have keywords thrown at it. It s obvious to a YouTube audience
and will get taken down as spam in no time!

You are going to want your redirected domain to be the VERY first thing they see
in the description, followed by a space, and then by an actual description. It needs
to be about 140 characters long. Make sure you use http:// so it is clickable.
Next you will add tags related to your video. Some will be automatically
generated from YouTube these are okay to use as well! Make sure your Video s
privacy settings are set for Public viewing and your Category is correct!
Step Eight:
Finalizing the Video
After your video is live you need to add some annotations.
I like to keep it easy on my viewers, too many annotations and they get mad and
leave. Or X out of them. Click  Add Annotation and click  note
In the text box add something along the lines of
 & . Click The link in the description
You want to make sure your note starts on all zeros, and ends at the very end of
the video!
After you click publish, you are done with the video.
Step Nine
SEO
Head on over to fiverr.com and find somebody selling social bookmarks. This is
the fastest way to get your video ranked. Period.
Then after you purchase your social bookmarking/youtube seo, you want to head
on over to Vagex.com

Vagex is a video sharing site, meaning people exchange  credits to each other for
watching each other s videos. It s a safe, easy way to build your view count and
you don t even have to worry about Google getting suspicious! (that s the best
part)
SECRET TRICKS FOR VIEWS!
Head to fiverr and type in  Facebook fan page
What you are going to want to look for is a Facebook fan page with over 100,000
fans. The more, the better. What you are going to want is to have them post your
video to their Facebook. This is a super stealthy way of creating views as people
will view it just to be interested. And who knows, maybe you will get a few
conversions out of that ALONE!
I have added a step-by-step copy and paste instruction document in your
download for you to give to the person you buy the post from. This is simply so
that they can know how to post (if they don t already know  odds are they do).
Another technique (this works especially well if your videos are really high quality)
is to do the same thing as Facebook pages, to Twitter.
Head to fiverr, and find someone who has a following on twitter of over 200,000 
you will want to make sure before you do it that they are ACTUAL, REAL followers.
The easy way to check this is to contact the seller and ask which twitter account
they will be using for the post.
When they give it to you, you will want to head on over to that account and view
some of the posts. Most of the posts should have some retweets and favorites. If
you are going through and aren t seeing ANY retweets and favorites you know
that the followers are most likely not real followers and are fake accounts.

When you find a seller who is legit, you want to use a tweet that is attention
grabbing. So if I were to buy Twitter likes for this video (I didn t) I would say
something like:
 Wow, he got a FREE LAPTOP simply by completing and telling his friends about
this Swag Bucks, check this unboxing video out: [video link]
You d be surprised how a simple little tweet like that will bring in a few hundred
REAL views.
You can do this technique in virtually tons of different ways, such as:
�� Google+
�� Solo Ads
�� Blogs
�� Forums
�� Etc.
Remember, we are MARKETERS; we make money by getting
our message to as MANY PEOPLE as humanly possible.
So here s a conclusion after the video is up and running.
1. Get some social bookmarks (the more the better)
2. Get as many views as you can
3. Create a sense of viralness
These two things will bump your video up and get ranked faster than anything.

Earnings
So now we are 100% done with our video and promotion of our video. Now we
wait and hope it gets 7-10$ per day!
This screenshot was taken just 7 days after I initially created the video.
As you can see, I had 31 conversions and a little bit lower than what I expected for
my conversion rate. I equate that to my domain. With a proper domain, I easily
could have achieved 60ish conversions ~around $20/day.
So As you can see, this method is insanely easy to create, and it is VERY, VERY
profitable.
I hope you actually take action on this.
Because 10 videos like this can make you $100/day.. or in other words -
$3,000/month! So what are you waiting for?
