Chocolate Chip Cookies
2½ cups cashew f lour
1¾ cups oat f lour
½ cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 cup raw chocolate chips or cacao nibs
1. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl by hand.
2. Stir in 1 cup chips.
3. Form into 3 inch cookies and press a f ew extra chips into the tops of the cookies.
4. Dehydrate overnight at 118° F.
Chocolate chips
½ cup cashews, soaked 20 minutes
ź cup maple syrup
ź cup cacao powder
ź teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch salt
1. Blend all ingredients in a Vita-Mix until smooth.
2. Place in piping bag and pipe chocolate chips on a non-stick sheet.
3. Dehydrate overnight at 118° F.
4. Keep in the ref rigerator or f reezer until ready to use.
