TRANSMISSION AND CRANKSHAFT 10-3

ENGINE BOTTOM SIDE

• Dismount the engine. (d/^-S)

NOTĘ:

The following parts must be removed before disassembling the engine bottom side (crankcase).

•    Remove the engine sprocket ©.

•    Remove the gearshift lever. (d/^-S)

•    Remove the cylinder head, cylinder and piston. (d/^-S, 4)

•    Remove the intake pipę and reed valve. (d7“11-7)

•    Remove the kick starter lever. (d/^-S)

•    Remove the clutch cover and clutch. (d7“7-3, 8-3)

•    Remove the kick starter idle gear and kick starter shaft. (dT8-3)

•    Remove the gearshift linkage. (d7“9-3)

•    Remove the exhaust valve governor. (d7“6-12)

PRIMARY DRIVE GEAR REMOVAL

• Hołd the crankshaft immovable with the specjąl

•    Remove the washer (D and primary drive gear (D.

•    Remove the magneto rotor, stator and key. (dTMS-S)

•    Remove the clutch release camshaft. (d?⁼7-8)
