1.    tnsure timing marKs angnea \z\ & [4].

2.    Fit timing belt in following order:

o Crankshaft sprocket. o Water pump sprocket. o Tensioner pulley. o Camshaft sprocket.

NOTĘ: Ensuie belt is taut between spiockets on non-tensioned side.

3.    Remove:

o Tensioner adjusting bolt [12]. o Locking pin [13].

4.    Tum crankshaft two turns clockwise.

5.    Ensure timing marks aligned [2] & [4].

6.    Install:

o Timing belt lower cover [8]. o Crankshaft pulley [6]. o Crankshaft pulley bolts [5], o Timing belt centre cover [7], o Engine mounting bracket [11].

7.    Tighten engine mounting bracket bolts [10]. Tightening torque: 45 Nm.

8.    Tighten crankshaft pulley bolts [5], Tightening torque:

o 8.8 = 10 Nm +90° Use new bolts. o 10.9 = 40 Nm.

9.    Fit and align RH engine mounting [9].

o Engine mounting clearance: 13 mm [14].

o Ensure engine mounting bolts [15] aligned with edge of mounting [16].

10. Tighten:

o Engine mounting bolts [17]. Tightening torque: 40 Nm + 90° Use new bolts. o Engine mounting bolts [18]. Tightening torque: 25 Nm.
