Hi frnds!
Here I am at my attempt to give you more information about powering engine using water.
This instructable is a part of my previous one. Do visit that one to get a clear idea.
I am posting a video on how to build a HHO generator which will produce HHO gas to power your car's engine.
The video has part 2 for details. It leads you to a site and wants you to buy the guide.
I am posting my version and giving you a detailed information on how to do it.
Let's start!
step 1:
Things we need

Parts:
1. Glass jar with plastic lid
2. Pet/squeeze bottle
3. 1000mm long braided wire
4. 500mm long water pipe
5. 1000mm long electric wire
6. CD case or thick plastic sheet
7. 2 screws with nut
8. Hollow screw with nut
9. Cheap pen without refill
10. Fuse
Tools:
1. Drill machine with bits
2. Screw driver set
3. Saw
4. Ruler
5. Plase

step 2:
Setting the plastic lid
Remove the lid from the jar and with the help of ruler mark the centre of the lid.
Mark four holes for HHO gas, 2screws and fuse.
Drill holes through the marked points and insert screws and fuse respectively.
Now, take the cheap pen and cut near the rear end and insert the piece in the HHO gas hole (watch the video).
Now, insert the water pipe at one of the pen. Connect the wires to the screws.
The lid is now ready.

step 3:
Making the wire mesh for electrolysis
For making wire mesh, take a plastic sheet and divide it from centre. Then cut into 2 pieces using a saw as shown below.
Mark the center of each of 2 pieces and draw a line from the centre to one end. Cut using saw as shown below.
Now, carefully drill holes and cut small grooves at the end of the piece and join them as shown below.
Use the braided wire and cut it into 2 and insert in each of the 2 holes of the plastic sheet. Cover the sheet with the wire as shown below and then connect the 2 ends of
the wire to each screw respectively.
It should look similar to figure shown below.

step 4:
setting up the pet/squeeze bottle
Make a hole and insert the pipe in the bottle. Make sure the pipe reaches to the bottom of the bottle.
Now, drill a second hole and insert the hollow screw there.
This hole is for using the HHO gas. Fill the bottle with water and leave some space for air.
The Center one will pass the HHO gas through water and you will see bubbles coming out. The gas will than escape through the hollow screw which can then be used for
combustion.

step 5:
Summary
The assembly is complete.
Fill some distilled water and 3-4 tea spoons of baking soda. Connect the electric wires to 6V to 12V battery to start the process. HHo gas is released from water. It travels
through the pipe into the bottle releasing bubbles and escape from the hollow screw.
You can use this gas to run your vehicles engine.

Mythbusters were closest to actually proving this 'Hydrogen Car' thing, even though many people said they hadn't built the generator properly.
If they re-tested the idea of the generator using the improvements people have stated online, then this phenomenon could be conclusively proved or
disproved.
To put my two cents in, it doesn't look practical to run a car off hydrogen using the currently available generators, whether they be homemade or not. People
online could only fill a shopping bag's worth of hydrogen in five minutes. It could however improve the efficiency and mileage of a car, like some users have
said.
Finally, I agree with that other guy, there is NO SUCH THING as HHO. It is simply hydrogen (H2) and oxygen (O2). It could also be the oxygen from this
system that makes the internal combustion work better, instead of the hydrogen.

I have only heard HHO used when talking about the gasses; two Hydrogens for every oxygen (but they are diatomic, so it becomes 4 hydrogens for
every two oxygens, but the idea is the same). So, HHO means 2 parts hydrogen, one part oxygen, but some people are probably stupid and misuse this.

This is completely worthless.
1) There's no such thing as HHO. Water is HOH, and it's H2 and O2 that are being produced.
2) The energy you're using to breakdown the water into hydrogen and oxygen is more than the energy you get back, and ultimately that energy is coming
from gasoline.
3) The amount of hydrogen produced is tiny.
4) I'm not sure about this one, but I think the baking soda is making CO2 gas rather than speeding hydrogen production. More pretty bubbles, sure, but it
isn't actually doing any good.

if you just glance at any chemistry book, you would find out that you only get 1 oxygen atom and 2 hydrogen atoms from one molecule of
h2o. If there were two oxygen atoms in the molecule it would be called h2o2, and its not h2o2 is hydrogen peroxide, and that is an
antiseptic. Some people should really do some research before they go saying random thoughts on projects like this, BY THE WAY, I AM

it's nice to see an educated person adding their hard earned education in with the uneducated portion of society. I am educated as
well (Automitive performance specialist) . the question for the engineer is. the oxygen sensor tells pcm to add fuel due to the extra
oxygen added by the generator. we fool the pcm by adding a voltage oscilator to the oxygen sensor. this makes the pcm lean out
the fuel. leaner burns hotter. hot enough can cause a melt down. does the hydrogen prevent the hot lean condition. if not what
does it do exactly. and is that why the voltage oscilator cannot be run by itself without a generator. this is a serious question for (
the moog ).

My apologies, I didn't mean you. The official name is Browns Gas, as you know, but people with just a little knowledge(or just
lazy)gave it the name HHO, and it has stuck.
Besides, I'm the layman here, and I say get down to business: drop the name debate and tell us if it works!

though there are a number of safety devices you need and it's not advised to use salt use Sodium Bicarbonate (Sodium hydroxide take caution this is
very caustic) things to think about is stainless steel will leach out hexavalent chromium during electrolysis which is very poisonous and can be absorbed
through the skin you cant just pour it out on the ground or down the toilet this stuff is pretty dangerous
and NRen2k5 we all call it HHO there are many people around the world building these devices and these are engineers, chemists, even BMW gave it a
shot and no using baking soda as an electrolyte does not make CO2 during the electrolysis process if you want to learn some facts about HHO
go onto youtube and type Zero fossil fuel into the search field

you will blow your Cell apart in a big way and it could shower you with chemicals depending what your using for an electrolyte and sharp pieces of glass or
plastic this stuff burns 40 times faster than normal petrol so if it goes off the damage is done before you have time to even realize it
