To make your block extra-special, add curved
rows of decorative stitching across the bell shapes,
or substitute several strands of pretty ribbon for
the bow appliqué. A special button makes quick
work of covering ribbon ends.

6-inch block. Reduce or enlarge
images as needed to suit your
individual project. For tradi-
tional applique add 3/16
turn-under allowance to
each patch.
