(or the Earth) is the third planet from the

Sun, and the

fifth-largest

of the eight planets

in the

Solar System

. It is also the largest, most

massive, and

densest

of the Solar System's

Schleswig-Holstein

battleship

started the World

War when she fired at the Polish base at
Westerplatte on the early morning hours of 1
September 1939. The ship was used as a training

vessel

for the majority of the war, and was sunk

by British bombers in December 1944. Schleswig-
Holstein was briefly used in the Soviet Navy
before being broken up for scrap metal. The
ship's bell is on display in the Military History
Museum of the Bundeswehr in Dresden. The
battleship was 128m long and 22m wide. The
armament in 1939

consisted

of 32 guns.
