Health and safety is a set of rules for the safe performance of work under hygienic conditions. Health and safety may concern keeping the danger under control, that is a state where the level of risk is acceptable to the standards or provided standard for safety.

The aim is to protect people who work from risks to their health or life occurring during operation.

Dangers at work can be divided into:

* Physical

* Chemical

* Biological

* Psychophysical

Physical hazards include mechanical, electrical, dust, heat, noise, vibration , lighting, optical and laser radiation, electromagnetic fields.

Chemical hazards - which include the risk of chemical substances and preparations, including carcinogens.

Biological hazards, including prions, viruses, bacteria, fungi, parasites internal plant and animal factors.

Threats, including psycho-physical stress (static, dynamic, monotype) and psychophysical load and stress.

The threat, which I will focus my attention on will be stress. Stress is a biological phenomenon, the body responds to the demands placed on it physically or mentally. Stress is all stimuli that change the degree of a man ready to take action. Stress can be caused by mental, physiological, anatomical or physical factors. The person which feel stress is emotionally aroused, have a rapid heart beat, increased blood pressure, rapid breathing, dry feeling in mouth, body goosebumps appear, there is an increase of sugarin blood.

Work safety technique consists in:

* Providing training inside the company health and safety

* To provide oversight on the safety compliance

* The development of a possible occupational risk

* Correcting violations

* Keeping health and safety

* Preventing the many threats

Duties of safety technology:

* Providing training

* Have the power of fire inspector

* Knowledge of labor law and health and safety

+ Being a safety technician:

* Helping others to reduce the accident rate on different workstations.

- Being a safety technician:

* Low salary.

Why do I want to be health and safety technician?

I want to be technician health and safety because it is a tradition in my family, passing from generation to generation.
