9v9 using 2/3 of a pitch. 2 target goals for the defenders to attack should they win the ball. The three yellow defenders and blue striker must stay in half but when a full back plays into the midfield or a striker he can enter via the pass and follow rule.
Once the ball is in play the attacking tem attempt to score by combination play.
The coach should work on how to overlap when it is on and alternatives to overlap when it is not. This should improve decision making. The practice should stay live as in a real game. |
