[ How to Manage the IMEI PGM & AnySVC ]
- Each Engineer :
should get the B2B Certificate in his own individual PC through the registration to the AnySVC.
[ In case of Difficulties ]
* Close the all explores and Delete every cookie & dump file through the explorer's internet option
* Reboot the PC and install the Trust-Net program on the first page of AnySVC
* Get the Certificate again and register or login to AnySVC
- Official Samsung Employees :
does not need to get Certificate, but they should register yourself in my-Single login state, the 2nd below step.
2) Certificate Approval by HQ CS team
* The system may ask the Local Samsung Office(Subsidiary) Members the first confirmation on each user. (PLAN)
3) AnySVC Approval by HQ CS team
- The users with normal certificate can register their-selves to use the AnySVC System and wait the approval again.
4) To get the unique Certificate in dedicated user ID & PC
[ 1 login ID - 1 Certificate - 1 PC - 1 IP per each different user ] Do NOT share the PC, ID, IP address & others.
- If 10 PCs are used in the same work place, then you need to get at least 10 different user ID and certificate by each PC.
(HQ Database does NOT allow the duplicate access.)
5) Different IMEI PGM Password Setting after logging in AnySVC
After HQ CS team approves you as official user, please assess AnySVC system and click
"IMEI/ESN PASSWORD SET" on left bottom of screen, and input your another NEW password 2 times, then "Save".
The “AnySVC password” should NOT THE SAME as “On-line IMEI PGM password”. (Only ID is the same)
[ After Password Control by HQ ]
1. The NEW password is automatically sent to each ID user's e-mail account which is saved on the registration field.
2. Change the password again to the another one (Not the same as previous) in the "IMEI/ESN Password Set"
3. Login again the AnySVC and then Use the IMEI PGM with final password again.
6) Use the On-line IMEI Writing PGM
In state of AnySVC Logging in, you can properly use the On-line IMEI PGM to repair.
After correct logging into AnySVC website with correct certificate, the IMEI PGM will work stably.
[ NOTICE for Stable Access & Correct Usage ]
◎ For Stable Access
- Strongly Recommend the usage of Fixed IP Address
* In case of floating IP address :
it's possible to use the IMEI PGM in only “stable” state of logging into AnySVC, however,
the IMEI PGM could NOT work properly in the possible state of automatic log-out with
the idle mode of AnySVC for 30 minutes. (This is why the Fixed IP Address Recommended )
- NOT use “Proxy Server” of Explorer :
* Internet Option [LAN Setting] : No Check Proxy Server whenever you access to only AnySVC system.
◎ For more Information on Difficulties
* AnySVC will block the user who has not logged in AnySVC website for 30 days, then IMEI PGM won't work either.
* AnySVC will block the user who enters wrong ID/PW more than 3 times with, then IMEI PGM won't work either.

[ No Function for “Unlock” ]
Due to the security reason, HQ will monitor the illegal trials to use the on-line IMEI programs by each user and
the On-line IMEI programs will NOT allow the service center engineers to unlock the network lock for good.
Customers should contact not to Samsung service center but their own operators for unlocking the network lock due to it's not the manufacture's faulty but customer's fault under general policy of Operator's requests.
Samsung has been providing to each operator the proper unlock code by each IMEI number for customer's requests.
< ASK Punishment on Illegal Users after HQ Monitoring >
Samsung HQ has been monitoring what each login user is doing and tracing the illegal user all the time.
HQ will ask the responsibility strongly and take legal steps to the service center where the illegal users are located in by their local regulations & the international law. Each Samsung Subsidiary & local office should make the strict contract containing the obligation of punishment regarding the illegal works.
