Dear Sir,

I am writing with regard to your advertisement, which I saw in `Newsweek' magazine this morning. I am interested in obtaining a Zathia mobile phone. Could you please send me some more information about it?

Firstly, I would like to know what kind of off-peak discounts do you have? How much percent will I spare? Are off-peak discounts only available while making a call to a mobile phone?

I would also like to know what you understand under the statement (expression) `lots of extras'? Can I expect some free minutes and special offers for long-standing customers?

Finally, your advert contains an information about picture messages. Could you tell me what it exactly is? If I had a mobile phone, which sends such messages, would I be able to send them to anyone? What is the cost of picture messages? Can I expect some free messages if I join Zathia?
