Goal Setting Worksheet
#1) List everything you want to accomplish, no matter how unrealistic or impossible it may sound to you now. Write until you run out of things you can think of!
(how much money do you want to make? what skills do you want to learn? What places do you want to visit? Who do you want to meet? What toys do you want to buy? What do you want to be able to give to others?)
#2) Go back over your list, and for each item, ask yourself “Would I like to accomplish this in 1 year, 3 years or 5 years?” Depending on your answer, put a 1,3 or 5 next to that item on the list.
#3) Circle all your one year goals
#4) Prioritize them from most important to least important. Ask yourself: What makes me most excited when I think of it? That should be the most important of your one year goals.
#5) Once your top 1 year goal has been identified, you now know WHAT to devote your time to
#6) Write two to three paragraphs about why you're absolutely committed to achieving the goal you've come up with!
#7) Now move onto creating systems to achieve your goal by using the systems worksheet.
