*Disclaimer! It is not wise to use this if you have not yet completed awakening prologue and Awakening level 1 prior to this level.
Quick summary of the instructions
1) Listen to The Dive soundtrack 1x a day (30-minutes), sitting, with eyes closed, for 14 days
2) Always use stereo headphones.
3) After 14 days, listen to The Dive followed by Immersion, making a one-hour listening session.
4) Do Not listen to Immersion unless you have first listened to The Dive
5) After 4 weeks the length of your meditation may be extended to an hour and a half by playing Immersion more than once.

Weeks 1-6 (after 14 days)… Use CD #1
Weeks 7-12… Use CD #2
Weeks 13-18… Use CD #3
Week 19 until finished with this level… Use CD #4
Emotional Upheaval
The focusing technique is a tool that you can use if you experience any overwhelm or emotional upheaval due to listening to the cds.
Disregard any thinking, mental analysis and explanations that flash through the mind and just be with the physical feeling of what is going on. Where in the body is it located? What qualities does it have?
When you noticed the mind offering its commentary on what is happening, where it came from, or what to do about it, tell your self “I will think about this later. Now I’m just feeling.”
Approach the feeling with intense curiosity as if you were a scientist on the verge of a great and exciting discovery. If you can just be with what is going on, curiously watching the feeling, at some point (maybe ten minutes or an hour) you will experience a felt shift.
This
shift can be dramatic or mundane, but it always feels good. You will
have successfully released the emotion.
