Problems with Chat
If you are experiencing problems using the chat communication features within the event, such as not receiving new message
notifications or being unable to send text in a chat window, it may be due to the configuration of your company's network. Certain
firewall configurations can prevent the communication features from functioning properly. Click here for details.
Problems with Presentations
If you are experiencing difficulty viewing or hearing a presentation, first run this system check to determine if your system is
configured properly for viewing presentations. Please note that this system check is specific for presentations, and differs from the
system check that is run when logging into the event.
If your system is configured properly and you are still experiencing problems, please contact your event host.

profile by adding a personal bio
about yourself and uploading your
resume for recruiters to view.
When setting up your profile, you
can also click “Edit Photo” to
choose an image for the show.
You may select from a list of

Lobby
After logging into the show, you will be taken to the show’s Lobby (home). The welcome video will
play upon your arrival. The Lobby offers two main links: one to view presentations in the Auditorium
and the other to jump directly to the Exhibit Halls where you will find all of the agencies’ booths.
You can return to the Lobby by clicking “Home” on the toolbar at the top of the screen or the home
icon at the bottom of the screen. Because the show’s main navigation is positioned at the top of every
screen, there is no real need to return to the Lobby unless you want to re-watch the welcome video.
Page 4
Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Halls menu in the top navigation includes the agency booths.
All of the agency booths feature a left-hand navigation pane with links that display informational
materials, job vacancy announcements, how to apply instructions, and more. There are two icons
next to each filename:
•
Click the magnifying glass icon to open/view the file.
•
Click the briefcase icon to save the file to your briefcase.

taking a break from the Exhibit Halls. Attendees and staff members will have separate chat text styles
so that participants can easily identify the difference.
You can access the Lounge at any time by clicking “Lounge” on the toolbar at the top of the screen.
