83-87021 Timer inoperative/cannot be adjusted. Models 124,
126, 201
Cause/remedy
Before replacing the timer, check whether an operating fault or defect exists. For the operation
of the timer, refer to the Owner's Manual. Operating faults can result in the following
complaints:
Models 124, 126 and 201.
Auxiliary heater does not switch on during programmed heating.
Operating fault:
Time and/or switch-on time set incorrectly.
When the time display flashes, the switch-on time for the programmed heating cannot be set.
Time cannot be set. First the time and then the switch-on time must be set.
For checking the timer, refer to Operation no. 83-415.
Model 201
Auxiliary heater does not switch on with instant and programmed heating.
Operating fault:
Heating switch is not positioned on "Heat".
