83 Auxiliary heater
83-88101 Auxiliary heater does not start even after automatic Models 124,
repeat start. This mainly involves vehicles fitted with a126
catalytic converter.
Cause
Vapor bubbles in the fuel line.
Remedy
1. Check delivery of the fuel metering pump (83-480).
2. Install new fuel line with wire core.
