Warranty

This computer is sold with a 31 day warranty [RTB] effective from the
date of purchase.

The warranty covers the hardware only and does not include the soft-
ware installed. If any part of the computer fails to function such as the
hard drive or the RAM we will replace the part free of charge providing
the computer is returned to the point of purchase within the 31 day war-
ranty period.

Should the hard drive fail we are responsible only for the replacement
of the drive itself. We are not responsible for any software and data that
might be lost due to the failure. It is your responsibility to back up your
hard drive and all it’s contents on a regular basis.

The battery supplied with your laptop has been previously used and will
not be holding a full charge. However, we always ensure that the battery
supplied has a minimum 1hour charge.
If you would like to purchase a new battery for your laptop we can sup-
ply a new battery for £15.00. To order one please phone: [phone].

If you would like to extend your warranty we offer a 3 month warranty
for just £25.00. However, you must purchase this option before the 31
