Hi Mike, the bar in question has only a 2 pip body making it a neutral bar.
Not being nit picky but I often wondr about just this type of situation where a pin set up or Ib is quite neutral.
Does it matter?
Otherwise the set up is interesting.
Monthly has broken through 365ema.....so should return.
I have a bearish 4hr pin...interestingly a neutral pin as above......

The bar I am pointing out is an inside 4 bar. Since the bar is an
inside bar it doesn't matter what kind of bar it is. By itself this
would be a neutral bar. I don't let what the bar looks like change my
thinking of it. As long as the prior bar engulfs it, it is just an
inside bar to me. So You can play a break out either way. Important to
me is that if you get a false break one way and it comes back to break
the other way, to make sure you reverse your position. This happens,
but usually then when it breaks the other way, that ends up being a
decent run.

also
swami, I just happened to look up and saw this example again. I think
this is what you mean by an inside bar that looks neutral or looks like
a pin. This also shows my example to make sure you reverse your
position. When I first played these bars, I was timid after taknig a
loss. Thinking oh boy I am just gonna end up with two losing positions
on one bar! Yea it happens, but the idea is you get runs like these,
that compensate a lot more for those little losers. Sorry this is the
pound chart, but it caught my eye.
