Brief Intro&
Welcome to my latest WSO. My name is Zesh Ali
and I am an Offline Marketing consultant and an
Online marketer.
In my latest WSO Offline Flip Lead I am going to
reveal to you powerful methods of making money
offline.
This method involves selling your own lead
generation service to businesses. This industry is
huge and people are making a lot of money doing
this.
My love for Offline marketing started with this
strategy and even to this day it has been the best
thing that has ever happened to me  the Offline
Lead ATM system can make you a lot of money.
In the following pages I will reveal to you the
techniques of making money from your own lead
generation service.
However, in the first part of this WSO I am going to
show you how you can use the power of squeeze
pages to pitch to businesses.
This system will get your head buzzing with lots of

The  Squeeze Page Method
The first part of this system involves the Squeeze
Page Method.
This is a system that focuses on businesses who do
not have a squeeze page on their website.
However, it does not necessarily focus on websites
who do not have an Autoresponder.
If you do not know how a squeeze page looks like
then take a look at the squeeze pages below.

Business owners are not familiar with squeeze
pages.
Business owners are always looking ways to
generate leads for their business but we as Internet
Marketers are 100% certain that using a squeeze
page will help : -
" Build a List
" Build a relationship with your prospect
" Generate leads on Autopilot

So how do we find businesses who are not using
squeeze pages?
The first thing I usually do is head over to Google
and look at what existing businesses are doing.
So for example, if I type in the keyword  Dentists in
London and I want to focus on the ones that are
using PPC we can see that almost 90% of
businesses are doing the same thing.
They are sending traffic DIRECTLY to their website.

You can see that this business owner, who happens
to be a Dentist, has not bothered to use an
Autoresponder or even a squeeze page.
He is simply relying on PPC traffic and spending a
fortune already.
If someone is looking for a Dentist in London they
are most likely going to be looking for a good deal.
Does the above website offer any good deal?
No, it does not.
Here is another Dentist based in London who is
directing traffic using PPC ads from Google.

There is no  good deal or special offer on this
website.
There is no real link to a squeeze page for the
prospect to get a  FREE Gift .
Dentists are not the only people who are spending a
lot of money on PPC and not using squeeze pages.
Take a look at this Florist s website, who happens
to be based in Staffordshire and again they are
spending a lot of money on PPC Ads.

Christmas is around the corner and this florist
business have not even bothered to use a squeeze
page or run a special offer that would entice people
to download a  FREE Gift voucher of some sort.
So how do we get businesses attention to use a
squeeze page?
The traditional method is to start contacting
business owners via cold calling. However, I
personally hate cold calling for a number of
reasons.
" Rejection
" Wastes time
" Unpredictable
Instead if you want to outsource this process then I
suggest simply hiring someone from Fiverr to call a
bunch of businesses who are not using a squeeze
page.
Here is a typical script I would use to pitch to
Businesses over the phone.

 Hi, There
I am calling from XYZ Marketing Ltd, and I noticed
you are using PPC to drive traffic to your website.
However, I have noticed that you are not using any
form of squeeze page on your website.
A squeeze page is a special page that would
capture leads for your business. These will be
prospects who will be interested in your
product/service.
If you want me to send you an example of a
squeeze page then please send me your email
address and I will send it right away.
How does that sound?
By asking for their email address and for them to
agree they are showing an interest in what you
have to offer.
Once you have captured their email address then
simply send the email with the squeeze page (I
have attached a squeeze page you can use in this
WSO).
However, you are not going to be doing any cold
calling.

Once your prospect shows an interest in what you
have to offer I would simply offer to create their
squeeze page for their website.
In this WSO I have attached an example of a
squeeze page template you can use and the exact
layout it should be for good results.
Once the squeeze page is ready it is time to  show
them the squeeze page with their business name
and a special video for their business.

Impress them by having someone from Fiverr to
create the video.

It actually helps if you hire someone from the
country are you focusing on.
For example, if your offline client is from the UK
then look for a video gig where someone is from the

UK  not that important but usually helps when it
comes to the accent!

The next thing to do is include information about a
company on the squeeze page and go up to them
and show them.
For example, if you are out and are near lots of
local businesses you can speak to the owner and
show the squeeze page on your laptop or Iphone

and get them to purchase the squeeze page off
you.
Remember business owners may not be familiar
with squeeze pages and opt in codes.
You can easily charge around $297 for a service
like this  with a custom video included for the
squeeze page.
You can literally blow the business owner away
when they see the video of the woman talk about
their business.
I would have a demo squeeze page for a company
already created. For example, you might want to
create 5-6 squeeze pages for FREE in exchange for
referrals.
Can you see just how powerful this strategy is?
You can use the squeeze page strategy for 90% of
offline niches out there.
I tend to find that they work well for the following
sectors.

" Accountants
" Solicitors
" Car Hire companies

" Florists

If you are worried about cold calling or face to face
then you can always get business owners
contacting you.
There are several ways for them to get in touch with
you in regards to your squeeze page service.
The first strategy is to write an ad for a classified
website.
Here are a few different classified sites I highly
recommend.
Craigslist.org (Everyone knows just how powerful
this one is)
Gumtree.com (This is rapidly expanding worldwide)
UsFreeAds.com
Backpage.com

And there are a ton of other ones out there.
The first thing you want to do is post your classified
ad on a classified website.
In this WSO I am going to stick to posting on
Craigslist.
So for example, the first thing you want to do is
head over to Craigslist.org and focus on posting an
ad for your city, and the sector of business you are
going to target.
So for example, if you were targeting a Dentist in
London then you would head over to

The next thing to do is click on  Small Biz Ads .

The next thing to do is post your Craigslist Ad.

You can see I have used an image in my ad. This is
powerful.
You can easily do this by simply including an image
tag in your Craiglist ad.

The picture name is your image file name that you
have hosted on your host or another place such as
Image Shack or Tiny Pic.

Once you create your ad you will need to verify it.
If all goes well you should end up having a link URL
for your ad like this.

You can see I have kept my ad short and sweet and
straight to the point. Avoid using too many URL
links in your ad.
Rather than get them linking to my squeeze page or
a website I have asked the potential prospect to
email me.
This way you will get business owners eager to see
what you have to say and what you are offering
them.
The  squeeze page method is one of the easiest
ways of making money offline.
The potential for this is huge.
In the next method I am going to talk about powerful
lead generation strategies that will allow you to
make money from Local businesses.

Lead Generation Strategies
In this section I am going to cover deadly ways to
make money by offering your own lead generation
service.
I call this the  Offline Flip Lead Method and that is
what this WSO is about  flipping leads to Local
business owners.
The lead generation industry is huge and lucrative.
There are consultants out there who are generating
$100,000 a year by simply generating leads for
businesses.
In this section I am going to show you the strategies
I use that involves flipping leads to Local
businesses and making big profits.
I have therefore, decided to focus on the following
tactics I use to generate these leads and then flip
them to businesses.
1. Facebook
2. Gumtree
3. Forums
4. Question & Answer Websites
5. Article Marketing/Press Releases

Before I get into the main system of flipping leads I
would like to bring to your attention that you can sell
leads to all kinds of sectors of the people and all
kinds of people.
For example, here are just a few types of
businesses and sole traders you can generate
leads for.
" Pizza/Restaurant
" Photography Business
" Graphic Designer
" Website Designer
" Students who need help with their essays
" Plumbers
" Electricians
" Accountants
" Employees of companies
" Solicitors
" Car Hire
" Internet Marketers (always looking to buy
leads!)
" Computer Repair
" Beautician
" Henna Artist
" Gyms
" Dentists

Based on my experience the above types of
business sectors charge a lot of money to their
customers for their services.
Customers are also willing to pay high for a good
quality service.
It would be not beneficial for you to generate leads
for a hair dresser because it costs around $10.00
for a haircut anyway!
However, if you decided to generate leads for
someone like a Plumber then you can definitely
expect to do well offering this service.
So the first thing I am going to do is walk you
through the different strategies you can use to
generate these leads using the above tools.
I will then show you how to go about selling these
leads once you have generated them.

Facebook
Facebook is pretty cool when it comes to generating
leads for business owners.
You can simply create a Facebook page that is
targeted towards a specific business or an area of
people who live in a town.
Then you can use PPC traffic to drive visitors to the
page using the CPM business model.
However, before you create your Facebook
campaign make sure you decide on the target
market.
Are you going to target males or females? What
age group are you going to target?
What area are you going to focus on?
Is the business willing to pay you good money for
these leads?
The first thing to do is create a simple Facebook
page for the business you are going to focus on.
What I usually do is create a simple Facebook that
that focuses on towns or regions.

For example, let s call the Facebook page  I Live In
Birmingham .
Then you simple create a Facebook campaign and
target the people in the local area you are focusing
on.
This way people who like the page are going to be
local and therefore, will also be interested in getting
their teeth whitened.
Facebook is still debatable but I find the best way to
do this is to drive traffic to a Facebook page and get
people to like the page.
You might want to use a Welcome page tab and
capture their name and email address in exchange
for a FREE Gift offer. E.g. Ipad gift or a physical
product such as FREE 3G Glasses.
What I also do is use customised Facebook landing
pages.
For example, you might have a landing page that
says..
 Residents of Birmingham Only..Exclusive
Facebook Offer
 Residents Of Manchester Only, Exclusive
Facebook Offer .

Gumtree
Another cool method I use is to target people who
are looking for a job.
Are you aware that you can make money selling
leads to recruitment agencies?
Recruitment agencies are constantly on websites
such as Monster.com and classified sites to look for
people who are looking for jobs.
Gumtree has a special section where you can
advertise to people who are looking for a job.
The current economic climate is bad right now and
this is the right time to put up an ad and start short
listing people who are interested in a job.
The key strategy here is to interview the prospect
on Skype, ask them to send you a CV and then
pass their details on to a recruitment agency.
For example, if an agency is looking for a prospect
with call centre experience then you can do the
hard work for them by advertising on Gumtree and
then generating the leads for them.
Posting a job on Gumtree is pretty much straight
forward.
The first thing you need to do is click on  Post an
Ad .

Click on  I m Hiring and you will then be presented
with several options where you can find the relevant
category where you want to post your job offer.
It costs just Ł29.70 to post an ad in London and
Ł14.95 to post an ad for single ads outside of
London.
The type of ad that you create is entirely up to you.
If you are going to be looking to hire someone then
you need to make it clear what type of candidate
you are looking for and the qualifications that are
required.
You might also want to get someone to call a big
company on the phone and ask to speak to their
recruitment department.

Once you are put through to their recruitment
department simply ask the question.
 I am calling from a recruitment agency and I am
wondering if you are looking to hire extra
candidates for any future positions within your
organisation.
If so, then I am happy to generate leads for you. Let
me know if you wish to discuss business matters
further .
By contacting the company directly you can
generate leads for them and charge anywhere from
$20-$25 per lead.
Or you can choose to go through a recruitment
agency and contact agents and sell them the leads.
The potential for this method is huge and the
recruitment industry, is competitive, but has a lot of
responses from people.

Forums
Another great way to generate leads for businesses
is through various different forums.
Forums are places where you can find targeted
traffic.
If you head over to www.big-boards.com you can
see that there are lots of different niches you can
focus on.
So for example, if someone is looking for a web
designer because they need a new website created
then what better way to generate leads for web
designers?
You can charge anywhere from $10-$20 per lead to
a web designer.
Web designers charge around $500-$5000 for a
website in this day and age!
You can check out check out website related
forums where people are looking for web designers.
Once you have found someone who needs a
website then you can message that person and say
something like this.
 Hi, I understand you need a web designer. I know
a talented web designer who can do the job for you

at a good price. If you are interested please reply
back to me .
You can virtually use the same technique and go on
forums where people are there for a specific
purpose.
For example, you might visit a forum where people
might want to look for a decent car to hire.
Here is a forum just for the Sheffield community -

I would join this forum, and message this person
and get give them your details so you can arrange
for them to hire a car from your client.
If you are selling leads to car hire businesses I
would charge around $20 per lead  which is my
maximum rate.
Sometimes for business sectors such as plumbers
you can charge way more than $20.00.
Forums are huge for lead generation so use them
wisely.

Questions and Answer Websites
This is one of my favourite strategies to get a lot of
leads.
There are a lot of question and answer sites out
there.
The most common ones are

The key to generating leads through Yahoo
Answers is to stand out.
You would need to direct your answers to a
squeeze page so the person who has asked the
question can eventually sign up to your list.
Once they are on your list you can then direct them
to the web designer and take your $20 cut.

Just enter your email in the link below and then we
will send you a quote. Look forward in working with
you .
Also make sure your answer is not seen as
spammy as the Question and Answer community
are very strict on the types of answers people are
posting.
Once you post your answer you will also find that
you will start generating leads from other people
too, who also need a website.
The more leads you generate the more money you
make.
For example, if you generate 5 leads a day at
$20.00 then that comes out to $100

Article Marketing/Press Releases
The final strategy I highly recommend you use is
use content marketing. This is one of the most
underused methods of generating leads but it is in
fact very profitable.
The first aspect involves Article Marketing. All you
need to do is submit lots of different articles to
various article directories  the main popular ones.
Ezine Articles and Article Base are excellent for
traffic and can get you good rankings on the search
engines.
If you want to save a lot of time you can hire
someone on Fiverr to write and distribute your
articles.
The main thing you should focus on is the keyword
in your article  make sure it is keyword rich. For
example you could call it 5 Tips on Looking for a
Dentist in Birmingham.

engines will generate you a lot of leads depending
on what people are typing.
I always link a squeeze page at the end of the
article so you can generate these leads and then
pass them on to the business owner.
Press Releases are also powerful. However, you
need to make sure you be wise when it comes to
press releases. Don t simply start spending $100 on
a press release service only to find that it has not
generated a single lead!
Press releases have to be newsworthy for people to
take action.
The types of press releases I focus on are the
Google News ones.
