* functions.php: [img] tags fixed and added more image types, fixed health image not displaying if ratio > 100, guests table now updates
* announce.php: removed unneeded sql queries, fixed to work with membersonly off, replaced getip function
* completed.php, completed-advance.php: fixed to work with membersonly off
* admin.php: got a var name wrong for forum mangement, deleting censored words didn't work
* ttshout.php: allows double posts if made > 30secs after the last
* index.php: torrent categories block was a block not a frame, now shows 25 torrents instead of 13
* *.lang
* account-settings.php: fixed change password code
* forums.php: irc announce had wrong view topic link
* torrents-details.php: fixed re-seed link, newline was getting replace with


* re-seed.php: checks if torrent exists & PMs original uploader
