Movie for broad-band (300kbps)
Patient position: standing
Apply the base of the Kinesio Tex to
the mid-sacrum, three fingerbreadths
distal to the L5-S1 junction.
Bend forward from the hips to
increase tissue tension.
Peel the Kinesio Tex from the paper
liner and place the tape temporarily
on the skin. Do not activate the glue
by rubbing.
Stabilize the base of the Kinesio Tex
and pull inferiorly to increase the
tissue tension.
Place each of the  y tails over the
muscle prominences of the
sacropinalis.
Place each of the  y tails over the
muscle prominences of the
sacropinalis.
