Atlantic Scenario#

Defend the oil production facilities from alien attack.#

More alien base facilities have been detected, several miles off the coast of
Iceland. Alien reinforcements have launched from the base and are moving towards
the remains of their arctic base. A large oilfield is directly in their
path. A US Navy carrier battle group is in the area and is preparing to launch
attacks on the alien facilities. Defend the oilrigs and destroy all alien base
structures!@


The main defense objectives in this scenario are the oilrigs and the shore-based
refineries and processing plants. If these facilities are destroyed, the resultant
pollution will contaminate the entire Northern Atlantic.#

The alien reinforcement team was stopped in its tracks and the oil production
facilities did not take serious damage. The aliens have suffered a second blow
at the hands of our elite troops and no alien craft have been detected by the
ADATA system for the last few hours. The way is now clear for the moon assault.#

The aliens have managed to overwhelm our forces in the Atlantic and massive amounts
of pollution have leaked into the sea from the damaged oil facilities. The aliens
have re-established their arctic base and are massing for a final assault. Our
forces will not be able to withstand an alien assault of this scale; defeat
is inevitable.#
