1. Description of the estate
The “Disneyland Park” contains of:
38 low-rise houses
22 Apartment buildings
1 Kindergarten
1 School
1 Shopping Mall
The estate is located on the northern side of collector road. The middle part of estate consists mainly of low-rise houses. There is also a kindergarten with car parks and huge playground. On the east, there are apartment buildings. There are located 5 apartments with 6 levels high and 2 apartment with 4 levels high. The northern part consists also of apartment buildings. There is 7 apartments with 6 levels high and 3 apartments with 4 levels high. Next to these building in the corner on the northern-west side a school is located. On it's west, within local road there is a shopping mall and 5 apartments with 6 levels high. Next to shopping mall, there is a fountain.
The apartments buildings are divided into two categories:
A - 4 person per one floor
B - 7 person per one floor
Depending on size of apartments buildings, we can classified 3 types:
- type A /Ten buildings are 6 level high/
- type A1 /Seven buildings are 6 level high, but have another dimensions/
- type B /Five buildings, which each building has 4 floors/
The total number of residents in the apartment buildings is 492.
The car ownership is 200 cars / 1000 population.
The bus volume on the collector street is 15 buses/h.

2.1. Collector road (Z)
The collector road: Donald Duck's Street is going horizontally and below of the estate. The footpath has 2 meters of width and is offset by 1,5 meter from the road. The cycle path is also 2 meters wide and is situated 3,5 meters from the collector road.
2.2 Local Roads (L)
There is only one local road Mickey Mouse's St. in the estate. It is going through the whole estate and passing by shopping mall, school and some apartments building and low-rise houses.
2.3. Access roads (D)
There is three access road is the estate. The Pluto's St. is crossing the Mickey Mouse St. next to the Shopping Mall. The second access road, which is called Goofy's St. is going from the Kindergarten and crossing Mickey Mouse's St. next to apartment buildings in the northern part of the estate. The last one access road Chip and Dale's St. is going from car parks and crossing the Mickey Mouse's St. in the east-northern part of the estate.

3. Car Parks
Number of car Parks in the “Disneyland Park” estate depends on the places for apartment buildings, Kindergarten, Shopping mall. There are 171 parking places on the estate. This number consists of 121 places for apartment buildings, 10 for Kindergarten, 15 for School and 26 for Shopping Mall. There were provided more car parks then should be (according to the formula).
3.1. Parking requirement calculation
In our estate we have 2 types of high-rise houses: TYPE A (4 persons / floor), TYPE B (7 persons / floor) , what multiplied by the amount of floors on whole estate (18 floors by 4 persons/floor, 8 floors by 7 persons/floor) gives us 548 residents. As I mentioned earlier car ownership is 200 cars per 1000 people. When we know that we can calculate amount of parking spaces which are required:
L= Lw * Wm * 1.1
L= 548 * 200/1000 * 1.1
L= 120.56
where:
L = Parking spaces required
Lw = Total residents
Wm = Car ownership
1.1 = coefficient of the parks places, which provides 10% more places for visitors
We know that, there should be provided additional car parks places for a housing estate. The amount of required parking spaces for the Shopping Center is 24 places for every 1000 m2. The Shopping Center in Uphill has 1000 m2, so to calculate the number of required parking spaces we use the formula:
L= A * Wm
L= 1000 * 24/1000
L= 24
where:
A = Total area
Wm = Given parking spaces to area ratio

3.2 Location of the car Parks
In the `Disneyland Park' estate are 7 car parks. All car parking places have got the same dimension (2.5m x 5m) and are perpendicular to the streets.
First car park place is located between the Shopping Mall and the 5 apartments buildings. This one is the biggest car park place in the `Disneyland Park' estate and contains 52 car parks spaces, which are located on the both sides of the Pluto's Street.
Second one is located next to the School on the Mickey Mouse's Street and contains 15 car places.
Third one is also located on the Mickey Mouse's Street, but in the northern part of estate. There are 18 car parks places.
Next one is small car park next to Goofy's Street. It provides 10 cars places for Kindergarten.
Later on we have 38 car places, which are located in the northern part of the estate, between the “A” and “B” type apartment buildings.
Next one car park is located along the Mickey Mouse Street in the eastern side of the estate. It provides 26 car parks places for 5 apartment buildings residents.
The last one is a small car park, which has 12 car places. It is located is the south - east of estate.
4. Footpaths
Width of the all footpath on the estate are 2.5m except Donald Duck's Street, where we have 2m width. The offset from all roads is 2m, except Donald Duck's Street, where the offset is 1.5m. Places, where we do not have offset is the left side of the Goofy's Street. There is a lot of additional footpaths for walking in the `Disneyland Park' estate.
5. Cycle paths
There are two cycle paths situated on both sides of Donald Duck's Street. The width is equal to 2m.
6. Garbage bin centers
There are 4 garbage bin center in the estate. All of them were designed to be comfortable for residents and for truck-collector.

7. Landscaping and recreation
`Disneyland Park' estate was designed for those who likes a green sites. Here you can find `big green' in the center of the city. Almost everywhere are trees, so people who lives here can feel healthy. There are a lot of footpaths for long walking in the estate. All infrastructure do not affect to green places. Additional advantage is that, there is huge Playground, situated next to Kindergarten. Another virtue is localization of the Shopping Mall. People have not to leave estate in order to shopping. Everything is consistent designed.
8. Buses
There are 2 bus bays in `Disneyland Park' estate. Both are located at each side of the Donald Duck's Street. The frequency of the bus in the collector street is 15 buses per one hour.
