	3.	Is Master satisfied with lashing / securing condition of the cargo, which requires to be lashed / secured, during and after loading?
	4.	Has the actual stowage plan been reported to the Company on completion of loading?
	5.	Has vessel loaded up to the declared quantity on completion of loading? If not, have you submitted the declaration of responsibility to the parties concerned?
III	At Sea
	1.	Has routine inspection of certain special cargo been carried out according to the requirements of the Shipboard Operation Instructions?
IV	Discharging
	1.	Has note of protest been lodged and signed by authority concerned or notary public in case of vessel encountering heavy weather during the voyage?
	2.	Has original B/L been received before the commencement of discharging?
