09	Oil transfer procedure plan is available at bunker control station	v
10	Fuel specification is received and verified; soundings and gauge readings of bunker barge and vessel noted	v
11	Transfer hose checked and found satisfactory	v
12	`START', `STOP', `SLOW DOWN' and `EMERGENCY STOP' procedures to be agreed as well as means of communication	v
13	Communication and exchange of information between all the parties is installed and maintained	v

14	Monitoring on transfer procedure including soundings and gauge readings is established	v
15	Samples, where applicable, are taken, sealed and properly marked	v
16	Quantity of delivered bunker is verified and BDR is properly endorsed	v
