T: Right. You need to click on the e-mail icon.

M: Click?

T: Press the button on your mouse.

M: Mouse?

T: THE THING IN YOUR HAND.

T: Now, click on the new message icon and type Carol's e-mail address in the box which says `to'.

M: Okay.

T: Then type your message in the box and phone me back.

M: Okay. Bye.
