I would like to talk about the most romantic city in a Poland in my opinion.

Mrs Filip Fedniuk- the clairvoyant long time before big water said the words: “when the three sevens will spoke the wolf will drink water”. In july 1997 was time of the biggest flood in Poland. The water level reached 8,71m. After flood the city was too much damage so there was made a movie: “Demony Wojny wg Goyi”.

Klodzko is situated in a valley near Sudety mountains, in south Poland. The warrior there is specific. A lot of places there have a health spas. the air is clean and fresh. In around of this valley we can see mountains. Because of this mountains and valley in a winter we don’t have too much cold and too hot in a summer. On this area is a lot of mineral waters and small rivers.

You can go there by train or bus and own car. Travelling by train in this area is like adventure because of mountains. They have original virgin views. Every road is very tight and it is like roll coaster. In the city I think you should walk. This is the most romantic city and much to see. Whole center in Klodzko is not available for cars. But everywhere is real close. If you go there you have to see whole valley.

The most important reason why this city is the most romantic- gothic bridge from 1300 year. This is the oldest bridge of this kind. Is showing holy trinity, coronation of the Virgin Mary, Saint Jan Napumocena, Franciszka Ksawerego, Pietę, St. Wacława and crucifixion. Is made from white eggs, lime and sand. We can find there the protestant church which is adopted for Christians. And the best point in sightseeing is a fortress from X w. They build underground long tunnels to help soldiers go anywhere very fast.

In Klodzko you can stay in 5 hotels. The most well-knows are Casa d’Oro and Willa Kłodzko-Zacisze. The best restaurant is “Pan Tadeusz” in the center. The klodzko valley have very old and traditional regional cuisine: trout in kłodzko way (in beer cake), Bigos po Wrocławsku, black cabbage rolls krużewnickie (with buckwheat groats), Silesian Sky (slice of kasler and bacon served with dried apples Keselica (łemkowski żur). They have their own products like: Honeys, cheese, wine and meads, carps, cakes, begle.

The best event in a year is a reconstruction of some battles from napoleon’s wars.

If you are there, you need a lot of time for sightseeing. This is not only about city. You have to see Szczeliniec. This is the best way to see the Stolowy mountain. Cave of bear, chapel of skulls, the Bardo- city of miracles. In the mountain is little chapel with a Saint Mary fit. People are going abroad and they doesn’t know how much egzotic places they have in a Poland. Is a lot of memorials, martyrology, historic, beautiful of nature.
