Dear sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to complain about the CD player I bought in your music shop in London.
I am sorry that I am not able to come to you personally, but I have just come back to Poland.
I bought it in Macy's store on 20th of November. After my arrival to Poland I unpacked it and realized the volume system was broken. That is why I have a question if it is possible to exchange this CD player for a new one. I hope you will look into this matter. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Please, contact me as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
XYZ

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am sorry to inform you that the CD player I bought at your shop last Friday is unable to read my Polish CDs. Unfortunately, I am unable to bring it back to your shop as I have already come back to Poland. I purchased this CD player in your shop at 45 Oxford Street on 23rd August at about 11 a.m. I have got my warranty card and a receipt which I enclose.
The CD player reads only the CD which I bought in London but my old Polish CDs cannot be read. How can I solve this problem? Could you suggest me some possible solutions for this situation? Where can I find a nearby service?
I expect you help me find some service available in Poland otherwise I shall send the player back to your shop requesting the full refund of my money.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
XYZ
