Terms of Use

These files were created by Pizazz Pixels and are protected by international copyright laws. ** ALL RIGHTS RESERVED **

The short version...

• All Pizazz Pixels’ designs, kits, freebies, quick pages are for personal use, SFH, or S4O if you abide by the following guidelines below… (No Commercial Use is allowed unless the product specifies Commercial Use!)

• No sharing, no reselling, no freebies, and do not claim my products as your own work.

The long version...

You May:

• Copy these files to your personal computer or external hard drive only

• Make DVD or CD backups of these files for storage purposes only but they may not be shared with any other person or party

• Use these products for your own personal scrapbook pages and layouts

  • If you'd like to use the images to make freebie Quick Pages or templates, please respect these terms by asking my permission (send me an email)

• Alter the graphics color, or size but do not claim altered graphics as your own.

• Resize to suit your scrapping needs for your own personal scrapbook pages and layouts

• Use my products for a single client in a Scrap-4-Hire or Scrap-4-Others situation to create one-of-a-kind, individually scrapped pages, in which ONLY a flattened version (.jpg or .png) or printed hard copy is given to the client. You must credit Pizazz Pixels. (Give credit in this manner "Name of Kit" by Pizazz Pixels)

• Upload/Submit your layouts, designs or products that uses my digital designs both online and in the “real world” using my kit in flattened jpg or png version. (I would love to see your layouts using my designs so please feel free to upload to my designer gallery.) You must credit Pizazz Pixels in this manner: "Name of Kit" by Pizazz Pixels.

• Submit for publication a layout, design or product that uses my digital designs. You must give credit to Pizazz Pixels in this manner: "Name of Kit" by Pizazz Pixels.

You May Not:

• Share, reproduce for sale, or redistribute in any way my products together or separately (graphics, zip files or folders) with anyone else.

  • (This includes: sending links or files by email to any other person or group, uploading files to another group or site or the creation of compilation CD or DVD’s or any other facility that would allow others to access the file either for or without payment)

  • Share by direct links to any digital designs, kits, elements or associated material (known as “hotlinking”)

  • Please send your friends to my blog and/or to my store to download for themselves.

• Use of any of my designs for Commercial Use is forbidden unless the product specifies Commercial Use.

• Claim these files or my designs as your own (altered or unaltered)

• Create brushes or tubes from these files or my designs

• Rename any file and call it your own

• Incorporate any elements into a new element and call it your own or to alter the element and call it your own

• Do not use my creations for any purpose which is prohibited by law.

• Do not use any graphic(s) from my work to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works.

• Use any of my products to create freebies

• Use any of my products to create any kind of web design.

• Transfer ownership to another individual. (All files are single user license.)

• Use any items from this kit to make cards, photo cards, brag books, fabric designs or other types of graphic design to be sold through standard or online businesses both for yourself or for S4H or S4O purposes.

Scrap 4 Hire/Scrap 4 Others:

• S4H/S4O is allowed for card-making, page layouts and/or other similar services, as long as the files are given in a flattened JPEG format or printed out. Under no circumstances are any original kit pieces, PNGs, or layered PSD, TIFF, or other files types to be redistributed – including, but not limited to, quick pages and brag books.

• You may not use my premade quick-pages, brag books or blogwear for your S4H/S4O business.

Commercial Use: (Applies only if the kit you have purchased from me is clearly labeled as CU (Commercial Use)

• You may not use any of my work for obscene, defamatory or immoral purposes.

• You can use my CU products by incorporating them in a digital kit (packaged along with other elements) keeping in mind that my elements should not be the primary designs (not more than 30% of your designs must be my commercial use items.)

• You may alter these elements (recolor, add pattern, etc.) but you cannot claim the original form or the altered form as your own.

• You are not allowed to resell, repackage, and/or redistribute these files in original format as it is.

• You are not allowed to create template and commercial products with these files.

• You must credit Pizazz Pixels in this manner: "Used ‘Name of Kit’ by Pizazz Pixels in the creation of this kit (the name of your kit).

• FREEBIES are allowed: Freebies are allowed as long as my elements are MODIFIED, not simply recolored. The end result must be different than the original item.

• You can make free quick pages of the kit you created using my CU products as long as the layers are merged.
