Thanks for your last email! It was great to hear from you. I’m sorry I heven’t writtet for so long, but I was trying to find some great room for you. Today I was looking for some accomodation and i found one interesting place. There is a lot of advantages but unfortunately there is also a lot of disadvantages. The flat is located on a quiet road, three miles from city, there is also a lot of regular buses to the centre and you have to travel about 20 minutes if you want to do shopping. The living room and kitchen are furnished and clean. There is also a nice balcony with space to sit and relax, sad thing is fact that it’s very small balcony. Unfortunately, there is no TV but you have got Internet! There is also no garden but I think it is not necessary. You have a huge and modern bathroom! In my opinion it’s very comfortable. In your bedroom is sofa and big bed so you can sit and sleep. Unfortunately, the rugs are dirty and should be cleaned (but who cares?). At end I am going to tell you about some important matters. Two students, but rather friendly, are living there and the price per month is pretty good. I think that the equipment in kitchen is „a little bit out of date”. I think it’s too quiet but I still think that is a great occasion! Please write me what you think!
