5. Please read the instructions carefully before upgrading, as the improper brush operation can make your tablet unusable, and you may have to contact the manufacturer for maintenance treatment.

The following snapshots show the driver installation steps:
Tips:
1. “Found new hardware“ window will automatically pop up several times on your desktop computer.
2. If the driver cannot be installed automatically, you can manually update the path to the folder containing the driver file. The default path is: C: \ Program Files \ OndaSuite \ Drivers \ AW_Driver.
3. If the same computer is used multiple times for the brushing process, the installation of the drivers is required only the first time.
4.3. After the drivers are installed, the process of flashing the firmware will start automatically. The steps are illustrated in the snapshots below – please make sure that you click on the correct buttons, as illustrated below:
At this point, the upgrade is complete. Turn off the upgrade tool and disconnect the USB cable. If the Tablet does not automatically turn on, press the power button for the manual boot. Please be patient as the first boot after the upgrade will take little longer time to complete.
Note: If the upgrade fails, unplug the USB cable from the Tablet, and then press the Power button for about 20 seconds to force the Tablet shutdown. Then repeat the process starting with the Step 4.
