Stress in your life – how does it influence your health? How do you cope with it?
Stress influence my health for a lot of different ways. Stress can have effects throughout my body on both my physical and mental health. It can affect the stomachaches and diarrhea because stress hormones slow the release of stomach acid. High levels of the stress raise risk for heart attacks, stroke and infections( like cold, flu.. etc.)When I really stressed out I have some problems with sleeping. Stress can also cause depression, nervousness, irritability, lack of concentration and memory problems. I think the humor is one of the greatest and quickest way for reducing stress. The other way I cope with stress is go for a short quick walk or play football. I still have one more way to reduce stress. It’s simple: take a quick nap. It is nature's way of recharging and re-energizing.

4.Traveling by plane – is there a reason to be afraid of it?
There is really no statistical reason to be afraid. Your chances of being involved in an aircraft accident are about 1 in 11 million. On the other hand, your chances of being killed in an automobile accident are 1 in 5000. The drive to the airport is a lot more dangerous than the flight. In fact accidents with planes are extremely rare. Planes these days are amazing piece of technology and the pilots are trained better than ever. If you not afraid to drive in a car you should not be afraid to fly in a plane. More people have died on North American highways in the year 2006 than the amount of people who have died in powered flight aviation whole 104 year history! Don’t worry about terrorists that is the least likely thing to go wrong on a commercial flight in these days. Just sit back relax and try to enjoy the flight.
5.Harsher punishments reduce number of crimes. Discuss.
Every day in the news we can hear about numerous crimes, which happen all around the world. People break the law in many different ways. There are muggers, kidnappers, shoplifters, vandals, smugglers, pickpockets and many other lawbreakers. Is it possible to solve the problem of crimes? In my opinion, people have always been committing them and it cannot be stopped. However, we have to do everything we can to minimize the amount of crimes. Some people think that harsher punishments lead to more people would start to realize that criminal careers would be doomed to failure. I think if we made harsher punishments some crime decrease a little bit, but if we really want to reduce number of crimes, we have to educate criminals, and give them better standard of living. The prisons cannot change criminals into normal people. It is important to change this situation. I think that the prisoners should do some social work, be learnt and undergo a psychotherapy. I am sure that at least some of them could be changed and start to live as normal citizens.
6. Climate change – do you believe there is anything to be worried about?
We know that the world is warming up, this much is undeniable. In reality, climate scientists are convinced that humans are causing global warming. Many of them are worried that the consequences will be worse than we expect. However we can’t say precisely how much is caused by us because there are lots of complicated factors involved.100 years ago the average temperature right around the world was lower about 1°C than now. Because we are now producing more greenhouse gases , we expect to see more warming in the future. In another 100 years the average temperature will have increased by about another 2.5°C. The climate has always changed since the dawn of time for this planet and I think its natural.
