RETAIL OUTLETS

EVI is preparing construction of shopping center
with cubature of 350,000 meters
3 in Piaseczno. The EVI Company has applied to the City Council of Piaseczno (Mazowieckie Voivodship) with administrative applications connected with the construction of a multi-functional retail complex with a multi-level garage
on Energetyków Street. The complex will have
a development area of 43,500 sqm and a cubature
of 350,000 meters3. The investor's plenipotentiary is Piotr Szyliński. EVI is a company which was sold several years ago by Liebrecht & Wood. ■

APA Wojciechowski will design retail-office complex with area of 40,000 sqm for Menolly Poland in Warsaw. Menolly Poland has entrusted APA Wojciechowski
with preparing the design of the second stage
of the complex on the premises of the Powiśle heat
and power plant, in the area of Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie, Dobra, Zajęcza and Lipowa streets
in Warsaw. The investment will consist of the construction (in result of the revitalization of historic buildings
and the construction of new ones) of outlets with a total usable area of approx. 40,000 sqm, including 30,000 sqm which will be taken up by A-class offices
and the remaining 10,000 sqm by commerce and services. Construction works are planned to commence in the first quarter of 2011.

The first stage of the enterprise, consisting of almost 300 apartments with a total area of 26,000 sqm, is being carried out now. The general contractor is Warbud,
while the documentation was prepared by Kuryłowicz
& Associates. The works are supposed to conclude
in March. ■

Top Shopping is preparing construction of shopping center with area of approx. 20,000 sqm. Top Shopping
is conducting preparations for the construction
of a shopping center on Grunwaldzka Street in Ostróda (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship). The outlet,
with an area of 20,000 sqm, will be built in the location
of a furniture hypermarket. Bids are currently being taken from design and contracting companies interested
in cooperating on the realization of the new outlet. ■

Redevco in cooperation with FBA is preparing construction of shopping center with area of 11,800 sqm. The FBA workshop from Szczecin has prepared the development concept of a property with an area of over 0.5 hectare, located on Dąbrowskiego Street in Świnoujście (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship). The concept
was ordered by Redevco. The enterprise will include
the construction of a retail-service complex with a usable area of approx. 11,800 sqm, which will be built
in the location where the Komfort store is currently operating.

The local spatial development plan, which will enable the construction of the gallery, should be adopted in mid 2010. Detailed designs will also be prepared by FBA. ■

Europrojekt Saller is preparing construction of shopping center with area of over 10,000 sqm in Zabrze. Europrojekt Saller is supervising administrative procedures coonnected with plans for the development of a property in Zabrze (Śląskie Voivodship), in the area of Korfantego Avenue. The enterprise will consist of the construction of retail outlets with an area of over 10,000 sqm. The investment will include the realization of a construction hypermarket and a market with household electronics. The developer's plenipotentiary is Marek Pawlak. ■

Tal&Co Management will pay 8 mln PLN for lot
for construction of shopping center in Skarżysko Kam.
Negotiations between the authorities of Skarżysko Kamienna (Świętokrzyskie Voivodship) and representatives of Tal&Co Management concerning
the sale of land in the area of Metalowców and Paryska streets have recently concluded. It has been agreed upon that the company will pay 8 mln PLN
for the over 3-hectare lot.

It is known that Tal&Co Management on Metalowców Street is in possession of additional lots (approx.
3 hectares), purchased from private owners. The spatial development plan allows only the realization
of an investment with an area exceeding 2,000 sqm. ■

Coplan is preparing design of Neinver shopping gallery with area of 53,000 sqm in Katowice. Coplan Polska
is preparing discipline-specific designs of a shopping gallery on Szewczyka Square in Katowice, for Sud Architekt. The developer of the 5-story outlet, with an area of 53,000 sqm is Neinver Polska. An application
for building permission will be submitted in the first quarter of 2010. Cushman & Wakefield will deal
with the commercialization of the enterprise.

The investment will also consist of the construction
of a 7-story office section with a two-level parking garage for 1,200 vehicles. The gallery will be carried out in two stages, which should be completed by 2012, and the office building will be put to use in 2013. ■

PA Arus is preparing construction of Decathlon
in Bydgoszcz.
The Arus Architectural Workshop is supervising administrative procedures for the construction of a Decathlon market in Bydgoszcz (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship). The investment will be carried out
on Rejowskiego Street, near the Auchan shopping center. ■

Q-Arch has prepared concept of retail-service complex Pasaż Bielaka in Krakow. The workshop Q-Arch has prepared an architectural concept of the Pasaż Bielaka retail-service complex on Stolarska Street in Krakow.
The order was placed by a private investor. The enterprise will consist of the reconstruction and development
of tenement houses with a usable area of 3,500 sqm. ■

Fazbud is negotiating contract for construction of Tesco market in Olsztyn with area of 1,600 sqm. Fazbud
from Bełchatów is negotiating a contract
for the construction of a Tesco supermarket in Olsztyn (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship). The enterprise
will consist of the construction of an outlet
with a development area of over 1,600 sqm, in the area
of Jagiellońska and Hanki Sawickiej streets. The project manager is Gardiner & Theobald. ■

Wanskar will build exhibition-service complex
in Cieszyn.
The Wanskar Company has completed administrative procedures connected with plans
for the development of a property on Rolna Street
in Cieszyn (Śląskie Voivodship). The investment
will include the construction of an automobile servicing center, a dealership, a vehicle control station and a car
and truck repair shop. ■

NOMI and OBI are interested in construction
of market in Sieradz.
The NOMI and OBI chains are listed among entities interested in purchasing the property of the Municipal Public Transport Corporation (MPK)
in Sieradz (Łódzkie Voivodship). MPK is planning to sell land located in the area of Jana Pawła II Street,
with an area of 0.4 hectare. According to unofficial information, a large-area retail outlet offering construction materials will be located there. ■

Trans-Ziem has acquired contract for development
of I
KEA shopping center in Krakow. Trans-Ziem
has acquired a contract for carrying out road works
and exterior installation works, as part of the development of the IKEA shopping center on Conrada Street in Krakow. Let us recall that the investment is being supervised
by Tebodin SAP-Projekt and Portico Development.
The enterprise, designed by Artur Jasiński's Architectural workshop, will include the reconstruction of an existing outlet with a usable area of approx. 10,000 sqm
and the construction of a new section, also with an area
of approx. 10,000 sqm. A parking lot with 720 parking spaces will also be created. ■

Euro-Net has leased 1,700 sqm of space in Solaris Center in Toruń from IGI. DTZ, which represents
the Irish Investment Group, has signed a lease agreement of 1,700 sqm for a Euro AGD household electronics store in the Solaris Center shopping center, planned
at the junction of Czerwona Droga and Szosa Chełmińska streets in Toruń. The construction of the gallery,
with an area of 35,000 sqm, will begin in the spring
of next year and should be completed in 2012. ■

Authorities of Kołobrzeg are preparing sale of approx. 20 hectares for shopping gallery. The authorities
of Kołobrzeg (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship) are preparing an amendment of the local spatial development study of the area of the former army training ground
on Mazowiecka Street. According to the new stipulations, the property, with an area of approx. 20 hectares,
will be used for locating large area retail outlets. Works
on the architectural assumptions will take approx. one year. ■

PRODUCTION AND WAREHOUSE OUTLETS

Kronospan will develop production complex in Strzelce Opolskie for 100 mln euro. Kronospan is preparing
the second stage of the construction of a production complex in Strzelce Opolskie (Opolskie Voivodship).
The investment will cost approx. 100 mln euro and will be located near the existing plant in the special economic zone.

Let us recall that the previous stage, including halls with a total area of 26,400 sqm, was carried out by
the Poznań branch of Hochtief as general contractor,
while the design of the factory was prepared
by Architekton Klockowski. ■

ŚCL is planning to develop logistics center in Gliwice
by 80,000 sqm.
Silesian Logistics Center (ŚCL)
is planning to increase the area of the warehouse outlets
in Gliwice (Śląskie Voivodship) by approx. 80,000 sqm. Additionally, the company's inivestment plans assume
the development of a container terminal with an area
of up to 7.4 hectares and a capacity of 60,000 containers
a year. ŚCL is planning to make its debut on the stock market in Warsaw next year and to acquire an industry investor, which will finance the enterprise. ■

Skanska is preparing construction of production-warehouse complex with area of 17,000 sqm in Łódź. Skanska is preparing the construction project
of a production-warehouse complex on Papiernicza Street in Łódź for Bosch-Siemens. The enterprise will consist
of the construction of a plant producing household electronics, with an area of approx. 17,000 sqm.
The schedule of the investment assumes the completion
of the design in the first quarter of 2010, obtaining permits for the construction and choosing the general contractor
in the second quarter of 2010 and concluding the works
in 2011. ■

APP Draft is preparing construction of warehouse center with area of approx. 11,000 sqm for Prometeon in Ozorków. The Prometeon Company from Aleksandrów Łódzki
is obtaining administrative permits connected
with the construction of a warehouse complex in Ozorków (Łódzkie Voivodship). The investment will include developing a property on Łęczycka Street
and the construction of three outlets with a total area
of over 11,000 sqm (4,200 sqm, 5,400 sqm and 1,300 sqm). The investor is represented by the APP Draft workshop. ■

Aluminios Cortizo in cooperation with MS Projekt is preparing construction of factory with area of 10,000 sqm. Next year works will begin in the Special Economic Zone in Łódź, in Radomsko (Łódzkie Voivodship),
on the construction of a plant dealing with the production of aluminum elements for window carpentry and façade constructions. The investor of the complex,
which will have an area of 10,000 sqm, is the Spanish company Aluminions Cortizo. The enterprise
will be carried out on the basis of documentation prepared by the MS Projekt workshop from Gliwice. ■

CFE will build factory with area of 7,200 sqm in Błonie near Warsaw for Soprema. It was announced this week that Soprema, a producer of hydroisolation systems
for the construction industry, has purchased, through Cushman & Wakefield, approx. 8 hectares of land
in Błonie near Warsaw. The property will be used
for the construction of a factory with an area of 7,200 sqm. General contracting of the investment, the total cost
of which is estimated at 15 mln euro, will be carried
out by CFE Polska. Declared employment should reach
50 people. Works are planned to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2010. ■

Raben will spend 55 mln PLN on development
of warehouse outlets in Poland.
Janusz Anioł, director
of Raben Polska, has informed of plans to invest
55 mln PLN in the development of road infrastructure
in 2010. As we informed in PREM 513, the company
is planning to complete the first stage of development
of the outlet in Stryków in June. A warehouse with an area of 40,000 sqm will be built in several stages, on the basis of a design prepared by Rhplus Architekkci.

Janusz Anioł also informed that a crossdocking terminal with an area of over 5,000 sqm will be built in Krakow, one with an area of 4,500 sqm in Straszyn and with an area of 2,000 sqm in Legnica. ■

Weldon, in cooperation with Hades, begins construction
of
production hall and office building with area of 9,000 sqm. The company Weldon has begun the extension
of a production plant in Ropczyce near Rzeszów,
in the area of the Mielec Special Economic Zone (MSSE). The investment, designed by Pracownia Architektoniczna BR, will comprise the construction of a hall with an area
of 8,400 sqm, a two-story office building (nearly 600 sqm) and 7,500 sqm of open-air storage and warehouse area.
The works, which are to be finalized in the 2nd quarter
of next year, are to be carried out by Piła based Przedsiębiorstwo Hades as general contractor. The cost
of the investment is estimated at 30 million PLN.

Weldon specializes in the production of steel structures, acoustic screens and module buildings. ■

Es-System in cooperation with BP Lewicki Łatak
is seeking contractor of factory in Dobczyce.
Es-System has approached self-government authorities of Dobczyce and the district of Myślenica (Małopolskie Voivodship) regarding administrative permits for the construction
of a factory in the Krakow Special Economic Zone. Documentation of the enterprise, worth 17 mln PLN,
was prepared by the Lewicki Łatak Design Office.
The investment will consist of the construction of a plant producing photovoltaic Solar-Es modules, with an area
of 5,000 sqm. A tender procedure for the general contracting of the enterprise is being carried out now. ■

UGS Energy will build warehouse complex worth
980 mln PLN near Stargard Szczeciński.
UGS Energy
is preparing the construction of a natural gas warehouse
in Marianów near Stargard Szczeciński (Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship). The enterprise
will cost approx. 980 mln PLN and will include
the construction of a complex with a capacity
of 1.5 billion meters3. The schedule assumes carrying
out works in the period 2014-2015. The company is trying to subsidize the construction from EU funds. ■

OFFICE BUILDINGS

BA Plan is preparing concept of office building
with area of 23,000 sqm in Krakow.
Krzysztof Bojanowski from the Plan Architectural Workshop
is preparing the concept of an office building
with a conference center, a restaurant and an underground garage on Wadowicka Street in Krakow. The investment will consist of the development of a 0.9-hectare lot,
where an outlet with a development area of 3,300 sqm,
a usable area of 23,000 sqm, and a height of seven stories will be built. ■

RFF in cooperation with Hill International is preparing construction of office building with area of 10,000 sqm. REF, a company with ties to the BPH Bank, is conducting preparations for the construction of the “Eureka” office building at 4 Wynalazek Street in Warsaw. The choice
of the general contractor is being supervised by Hill International. Cushman&Wakefield is coordinating
the commercialization of the building. The investment
will be built on the basis of a design prepared by Grupa5. ■

Warbud has commenced works on construction
of office building with area of 10,000 sqm in Warsaw.
Warbud has acquired a contract for the construction
of diaphragm walls of an apartment-office complex
with a net area of approx. 15,000 sqm, in the area
of Topiel, Drewniana and Zajęcza streets in Warsaw.
The investment will consist of the construction of two six-story outlets - an office outlet (approx. 10,000 sqm
of space for lease) and a residential outlet (approx.
5,000 sqm). The developer of the complex, called Hortus, is Piotr Konowrocki's Nieruchomości Powiśle Company. Konowrocki also owns the Unikat real estate agency.
The enterprise, designed by Nay Architekci,
will be completed within approx. 2 years. ■

Euro-Styl will build office building with area of 6,500 sqm
in Gdańsk according to design by Degutis.
Euro-Styl
is planning to build the Opera Office office complex
in the area of Towarowa Street and Zwycięstwa Avenue
in Gdańsk. The outlet will have an area of approx.
6,500 sqm and will include an underground garage
for 194 vehicles. The schedule of the investment assumes obtaining building permission for the construction
in February 2010 and completing works within 18 months. ■

Sanipor in cooperation with Allcon will build office complex with net area of approx. 6,000 sqm in Gdynia. Allcon has been chosen as the general contractor
of an office complex of the Sanipor Company on Sportowa Street in Gdynia. The enterprise, designed by the Arcom workshop, will include the construction, in two stages,
of buildings with a total net area of 6,000 sqm.
The complex will be complemented with an underground garage for 50 vehicles and 105 outdoor parking spaces. Works on the first stage of the investment should
be completed in November 2010. ■

Aiga Investments is preparing construction of Murawa Office Park complex in Poznań. The Spanish Group Aiga Investments is conducting preparations for the construction of “Murawa Office Park” in Poznań. The enterprise
will include the construction of five office buildings
with a lease area of 4,000 sqm on Murawa Street. Cushman & Wakefield will deal with the commercialization
of the outlet. Final talks are currently being conducted concerning the choice of the general contractor
of the enterprise. Installation works have been excluded from the tender procedure and will be carried out
by Abantia Polska. ■

PKO and Poczta have received conditions of development decision for office complex with area of 40,000 sqm. Several days ago the authorities of Warsaw issued a conditions
of development decision for an office complex
which Poczta Polska and PKO Inwestycje are planning
to carry out at the junction of Żelazna and Chmielna streets. According to the most recent design assumptions, prepared by EM Jednacz, the complex, consisting of two buildings with a height of up to 32 stories (130 meters), will have a net area of over 41,000 sqm (the earlier conocept, which we informed of, assumed an area
of 27,000 sqm). ■

Pol-Aqua has commenced construction of “Racławicka Point” office building with lease area of 2,300 sqm in Warsaw. Works commenced in the first days of December
on the construction of the “Racławicka Point” office building at the junction of Wołoska, Racławicka
and Odyńca streets in Warsaw-Mokotów. The general contractor of the investment, whose developer
is an investment vehicle of the CP Realty fund
from the Capital Park Group, is Pol-Aqua.
The construction of the 6-story outlet with a lease area
of over 2,300 sqm (including approx. 2,000 sqm
of A+ class office space and almost 200 sqm of shops
and services), which was designed by AGK Architekci, should be completed in January 2011. ■

Hochtief has submitted bid for development for 93.4 mln PLN of passenger terminal in Warsaw-Okęcie. Bids were submitted last week in a tender procedure for completing the development of Terminal-2 of the Fryderyk Chopin International Airport in Warsaw-Okęcie. The lowest bid, gross price of 93.4 mln PLN, was submitted by Hochtief. Other bidders include: Mostostal Warszawa-EB Mitex (97.5 mln PLN), Karmar-Warbud (102.3 mln PLN), Polimex Mostostal-Astaldi (103.2 mln PLN), PORR
(103.4 mln PLN), Budimex-Ferrovial-Mostostal Krakow (124.2 mln PLN). Works on the construction
of the southern pier of Terminal 2 and the central pier,
with a total area of almot 16,000 sqm, should take
12 months. ■

Hochtief, Budimex, Warbud are interested
in construction of airport
terminal in Modlin. Representatives of Mazowieckie Porty Lotnicze (MPL) have informed that 18 consortia have submitted applications for taking part in a tender procedure
for the construction of an aviation terminal in Modlin (Mazowieckie Voivodship). The enterprise, to be carried out on the basis of a design prepared by APA Kuryłowicz, will consist of the construction of an airport terminal
with an area of 12,800 sqm and the modernization
of existing facilities and infrastructure. The following entities will attempt to secure the order: Ashtrom (Netherlands)-SBI International (Switzerland)-Group Real Estate (Israel)-J.W. KRIB wants to modernize KNF office building
in Warsaw for over 23.1 mln PLN.
A consortium
with the KRIB Company (Kompleksowa Realizacja Inwestycji Budowlanych) submitted the lowest bid,
with a price of over 23.1 mln PLN, in a tender procedure announced by KNF (Polish Financial Supervision Authority) for the general contracting of the modernization and addition of superstructure to an office building
on Jasna Street in Warsaw. Other companies taking part
in the procedure are: Dromex (23.5 mln PLN), Dorbud (27.05 mln PLN) and Mostostal Warszawa
(27.05 mln PLN).

The enterprise was designed by AGK Architekci
and will include an outlet with a cubature
of 16,000 meters3, located on a lot with an area of 800 sqm. The investment, which will be supervised by Grontmij, should be completed within 240 days. ■

Pol Aqua has submitted bid for construction of teaching complex in Szczytno for 22.8 mln PLN. Bids were submitted last week in a tender procedure
for the construction of the second outlet (Teaching Outlet of the Library-Media System) as part of the development
of the Higher Police School in Szczytno (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship). The lowest bid, for 22.8 mln PLN gross, was submitted by Pol Aqua. Other bidders are: Warbud (23.4 mln PLN), Mostostal Warszawa
(24.7 mln PLN), Karmar (24.8 mln PLN), Strabag
(25 mln PLN), Przemysłówka (25.2 mln PLN), Arbet
(25.9 mln PLN), Unibep (26.4 mln PLN), Doraco
(26.8 mln PLN), Budimex (27.4 mln PLN), Polimex Mostostal (27.5 mln PLN) and Budbaum (28.3 mln PLN).

We informed in PREM 517 that Budimex Dromex
has acquired a contract worth 17.9 mln PLN gross
for the construction of the first stage of the complex
in Szczytno. The enterprise, being supervised by KAI “Info”, should be completed by June 30, 2011. ■

Tobin Consulting has submitted lowest bid for designing technological hall in Krakow with area of 5,000 sqm. Eleven bids have been submitted in a tender procedure
for the reconstruction design of the H-D8 technological hall on Reymonta Street in Krakow into a laboratory-research complex. The outlet, with an area of 5,000 sqm, will be carried out for the Krakow University of Science and Technology (AGH). The lowest bid, over 118,000 euro gross (approx. 490,000 PLN), was submitted by the Tobin Company from Ireland.

Other companies trying to acquire the contract are: Kontrapunkt (578,000 PLN), Czegeko (604,000 PLN), Barysz Point Line (686,000 PLN), PxM Projekt Południe (707,000 PLN), Iosis Polska (729,000 PLN), Arcad Kielce (972,000 PLN), Neoinwest Kielce (1.2 mln PLN), ProStal Gdańsk (1.3 mln PLN), Envirotech (1.4 mln PLN), Teleprojekt (1.9 mln PLN). The order should be completed within 6 months. ■

AWF will spend over 38 mln PLN on construction
of teaching outlet with area of 7,800 sqm.
The Academy of Physical Education (AWF) from Warsaw is accepting bids, with a tender deposit of 116,500 PLN,
for the construction of the Regional Research
and Development Center for the Branch in Biała Podlaska (Podlaskie Voivodship). The deadline has been set
for January 11. The 5-story outlet, designed by Arch-Dom 5, with an area of 7,800 sqm and a cubature
of 37,700 meters3, should be completed within 22 months. ■

Consortium of IGE and Sell-Bud will build police headquarters office building in Łęczna for 13.3 mln PLN. The Voivodship Police Headquarters in Lublin informed
at the end of November that the bid submitted
by a consortium of IGE Ryszard Hendez and Sell-Bud Invest, with a gross price of slightly less
han 13.3 mln PLN, has been chosen as the lowest
one from among 15 bids submitted in a tender
for the general contracting of the Regional Police Headquarters in Łęczna.

The three-story outlet, to be built on the basis
of documentation prepared by Miastoprojekt Lublin,
will have a usable area of 3,300 sqm and a cubature
of almost 13,600 meters3. The investment, planned
on an approx. 0.9-hectare lot, should be completed in 2013. ■

Vattenfall Heat is seeking contractor for modernization of main building of Siekierki Heat and Power Plant. Vattenfall Heat Poland is accepting bids
for the modernization of the main building of the Siekierki Heat and Power Plant on Augustówka Street in Warsaw. The deadline is set for December 14. The scope
will include replacing the façade and insulating the walls (with an area of over 13,000 sqm). The enterprise
is scheduled to be completed in November 2012.

WSB in Poznań is seeking contractor of reconstruction of outlet with area of 3,500 sqm. Until December 11
the WSB Poznań School of Banking is accepting applications for taking part in a tender procedure
for the adaptation of the “Bazar” historic retail-warehouse building. Works in the 3-story outlet, with an area
of approx. 3,500 sqm and a cubature of 15,200 meters3, will be divided into three stages and the last one is planned to be completed in August 2010. ■

Szemud Commune is seeking contractor of teaching outlet with area of 2,500 sqm. The authorities
of the commune of Szemud (Pomorskkie Voivodship)
are accepting bids with a tender deposit of 100,000 PLN for completing the construction of a middle school
and a library in Bojano until December 23. Works
on the basis of the design of the BPBP workshop
from Elbląg will pertain to a 2-story outlet with an area
of 2,500 sqm and a cubature of 12,900 meters3. The order should be completed by the end of September 2010. ■

HOUSING INVESTMENTS

Strabag has acquired contract for construction of apartment complex with area of 27,000 sqm in Warsaw. Strabag
will soon begin the construction, as general contractor,
of an apartment complex at number 291 Krakowska Avenue in Warsaw. The developer of the complex, ranging in height from 2 to 11 stories, is Dolcan. The design
of the investment, which will have an area of 27,000 sqm, was prepared by K2 Architekci. Strabag and Dolcan
have cooperated on the construction of an apartment complex on Skierniewicka Street in Warsaw. ■

Karmar has signed contract for construction
of residential estate with area of 22,000 sqm in Warsaw.
APM Development has entrusted Karmar with a contract for the general contracting of a residential complex

will consist of the construction of 9 buildings ranging
in height from 3 to 5 stories, with a total area of almost 22,000 sqm and a cubature of 64,000 meters3. The design of the complex, which will be carried out by May 2011, was prepared by MKC Architekci. ■

Gant will build residential complexes with 193 apartments
in Wrocław.
Gant has begun preparations
for the construction of the “Pastelowa Kraina” residential complex in Wrocław. A complex of multi-family buildings with 164 apartment units, 135 parking spaces
in an underground garage and 81 outdoor parking spaces will be built on Strzeblowska Street.

The developer is also going to build an outlet
with 29 apartment units on Pomorska Street in Wrocław. The complex will be complemented with a garage
for 10 vehicles. ■

GiS Architekci is designing residential complex
with approx. 160 flats in Gliwice for Laor.
Ewa Sobczak, representative of the French company Laor Development, has informed PREM that the GiS Architekci office
is working on a design of a residential complex planned
in Gliwice. The complex, which will be erected in the area of Dąbrowskiego and Traugutta streets, is going
to be comprised of two buildings with 158 flats in total. The construction is to begin next year. ■

M&J Bud will build Vis-à-vis residential complex with 111 flats in Kielce according to design by Chodor office. M&J Bud has been chosen general contractor of the Vis-à-vis residential complex on Szajnowicza-Iwanowa St.
in Kielce. The design of the investment has been prepared by the Chodor office, and the investor is Yu Long Construction.

Let us recall that the Kielce authorities have brought
in the land plot with an area of approx. 1 hectare as their contribution to the partnership established together
with the Chinese company. The investment is going
to comprise the construction of a complex of residential buildings with 111 flats. ■

DOR hired Karmar to build apartment complex
with area of 5,300 sqm in Warsaw.
DOR Group has hired Karmar as general contractor of an apartment complex
at the junction of Wilanowska Av. and Kosiarzy St.
in Warsaw-Wilanów. The complex, named “Wilanów Residence”, is going to be comprised of six 4-story buildings, with 8-10 flats each. The total usable area
of flats is going to exceed 5,300 sqm. The design
of the investment, the completion of which is to take
14 months, has been prepared by the Warsaw based office MK Mierzejewski, Kasprzycki. ■

BDP purchases, for over 2.7 million PLN, land plot
for housing development in Kielce.
Biuro Doradcy Podatkowego (BDP) has won a tender regarding the sale
of a municipal land plot situated on Planty St. in Kielce. The company is going to pay over 2.7 million PLN net
for the plot with an area of over 0.2 hectare. The land plot is appropriated for the service-residential building development. Another participant of the tender was Volumetric MK, which is preparing an apartment complex in the vicinity of the plot. ■

Buszrem is preparing 3rd stage of Rakuszanki residential complex in Warsaw. Buszrem Nieruchomości is holding administrative preparations concerning plans
for the construction of the 3rd stage of Rakuszanki residential complex in Warsaw. A multi-family building with over 300 flats will be erected on Elżbiety Rakuszanki Street. Realization of the investment should begin
within the next 2 years.

Currently, Buszrem is carrying out the second stage
of the complex and is selling 140 flats in the 1st stage. ■

Construction of residential complex with 650 parking spaces is being prepared in Krakow. Bogusław Kądzielawa is currently acquiring administrative consents for the construction of a residential complex on Lasówka St. in Krakow. The investment will comprise
the construction of buildings up to 15 stories tall,
with a building development area amounting to over
5,100 sqm. The complex is going to have approx.
210 open-air parking spaces and 440 in the underground garages. Bogusław Kądzielawa is the vice-president

GTBS seeks contractor for residential-office complex with area of 6,600 sqm. Until 23rd December, Gdańsk Social Housing Association (GTBS) will be collecting offers with a deposit of 200,000 PLN concerning
the construction of a multi-family building with an area
of 5,900 sqm and cubature of 20,200 meters3 as well
as offers with a deposit of 50,000 PLN for the construction of an office building (700 sqm). The buildings, situated
on Wilanowska St. in Gdańsk, have been designed
by the PBPWIM office. The investment is to be finalized within a period of 15 months. ■

Ebud will build residential complex with over 100 flats for Bydgoszcz based TBS. Ebud Przemysłówka,
as general contractor, is carrying out the 1st stage
of the Ebud-TBS residential complex on Stawowa St.
in Bydgoszcz (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship). Currently, two buildings are under construction, with six flats and a usable area of 600 sqm and 26 flats with an area of approx. 2,000 sqm. This stage should be finalized
in August 2010. The investment will also comprise
the construction of a building with 71 flats and an area
of over 5,700 sqm. The design of the investment has been prepared by Bydgoszcz based office Pion. ■

Getmar will erect office building with 65 flats in Łódź. Getmar has begun, as investor and general contractor,
the construction of an apartment building on Dębowa St.
in Łódź. The investment comprises the construction
of a 5-story building with 65 flats and a usable area
of 31-106 sqm. The investment is to be finalized next year in November. ■

Pentagram Architekci wins contest for building development in center of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
The authorities of Gorzów Wielkopolski (Lubuskie Voivodeship) have chosen the design prepared
by Pentagram Architekci office in a contest
for the development of the concept design for the planning and building development of the city center. The presented assumptions include residential building development
on the south bank of River Warta, two new road bridges over the river, a promenade on Sikorskiego and Chrobrego streets and a tramway line in the Zawarcie district. ■

Invesco will erect multi-family buildings with area
of 2,500 sqm in Warsaw.
Invesco will soon begin
the construction of the Young House apartment building
on Alpejska St. in Warsaw-Anin. The building is going
to have 16 apartments with a total usable area of 1,400 sqm (31-190 sqm). The company is planning an investment named Villa Nastrojowa on Potrzebna Street in the Włochy district. The building, with a usable area of 1,100 sqm, designed by APA Markowski office, is going to have
18 flats (38-108 sqm). Both investments are to be ready
in the 1st half of 2011. ■

Beskid-Holding and F-Bud will carry out, for nearly 10 million PLN, housing investments in Bielsko-Biała and Rybnik. Beskid Holding has acquired a contract worth
5.9 million PLN gross concerning the construction
of a multi-family building in the area of Wapienna
and Solskiego streets in Bielsko-Biała (Śląskie Voivoddeship). The investment, being supervised
by the city authorities, will comprise the construction
of a building with cubature of 10,600 meters3 and 33 flats.

Meanwhile, Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej
in Rybnik (also Śląskie Voivodeship) has hired
the company F-Bud as general contractor of an investment on Kolejowa Street. The planned building is going to be comprised of two 5-story segments, with a total cubature
of nearly 7,700 meters3. The construction works, the value of which amounts to 3.8 million PLN gross, are to be carried out by the end of October 2010. ■

Modernpol will erect residential building with 56 flats in Głogów. Social Housing Association (TBS) in Głogów (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship) has chosen the offer made
by Modernpol in a tender for general contracting
of the multi-family building No. 11 on Książąt Oleśnickich St. at the Piastów Śląskich residential complex.
The investment, designed by the Moduł office, is going
to comprise the construction of a 4-story building
with a net area of 4,100 sqm (including 2,700 sqm
of usable area of flats) and cubature of 13,200 meters3. Contract works are to be finalized by 31st August 2010. ■

LKS and Rembud will erect, for 7.6 million PLN, multi-family buildings in Śrem and Jarocin. Leszczyńskie Konsorcjum Budowlane has acquired a contract worth
3.9 million PLN gross concerning the construction
of a multi-family building on Żurawia St. in Śrem (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship) for the Military Housing Agency (WAM). The building with a usable area
of 1,300 sqm and cubature of 7,200 meters3 is going
to have 24 flats.

Meanwhile, Jarocin based Social Housing Association (TBS) has hired Rem-Bud to carry out an investment
with 24 flats at the Osiedle Rzeczypospolitej residential complex on Żurawia St. in Śrem (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship). The value of the contract, which is to be carried out by 15th September of next year, will amount
to 3.7 million PLN gross. ■

HOTELS AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS

Zielony Marcelin is preparing construction of hotel-congress complex on 2.5 hectares of land in Poznań. Zielony Marcelin Bis has applied to the Poznań City Office for administrative consents for the construction of a hotel-congress center on Nadolnik Street. The company
is planning to develop a land plot with an area of approx. 2.5 hectares. Currently, the plot is built over with former mill buildings. Originally, the investor was planning
to adapt them for residential loft purposes.

Zielony Marcelin Bis is a company in which the shares belong to Zielony Marcelin Development, associated
with Maciej Kuk from Wielkopolskie Centrum Nieruchomości, and the Modern Construction Systems architectural office. ■

KB Development will build four-star hotel with approx. 100 beds in Nowa Wieś. KB Development has begun
the construction of a four-star hotel in Nowa Wieś (Podkarpackie Voivodeship). The investment will comprise the construction of a hotel with 99 beds next to the Piast sports-recreation complex. The earthworks and shell structure are to be carried out by Agbud. The investment, the documentation of which has been prepared by Łańcut based Pracownia Architektoniczna BR office, is to be finalized in the middle of 2011. ■

Ski Park Magura will build hotel with approx. 150 beds in Sękowa. Ski Park Magura Company is going
to appropriate 40 million PLN for the construction
of a hotel and a ski route at the Magura slope
in the Sękowa commune (Małopolskie Voivodeship).
The investment will comprise the construction of a hotel with 150 beds, based on documentation prepared
by the Nowy Sącz based office AG Projekt. According
to schedule, the works should be finalized in 2012. ■

PUHIT is preparing construction of four-star hotel-conference complex in Warsaw. PUHIT Company has applied to the Warsaw municipality for administrative consents regarding plans for the construction of a hotel
on Mangalia St. in Warsaw-Mokotów. The planned investment is to comprise the construction of a four-star complex with a conference center and restaurant-recreation facilities.

PUHIT currently manages three hotels of the Smart chain on Mangalia St.: a three-star Portos and one-star Atos and Aramis. ■

CKK Architekci is preparing concept for construction of three-star hotel in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Preparations for the construction of a hotel in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (Mazowieckie Voivodeship) are at the stage
of the architectural concept. The works are being carried out by Gdynia based office CKK Architekci for a private investor. The investment will comprise the construction
of a building with an area of 4,500 sqm, with restaurant
and SPA facilities. The complex is going to have nearly 100 rooms. The investor has not applied to the local offices
for administrative consents yet, nor have they revealed their name. All that is known is that they are already managing a similar complex. ■

Skobud wants to build cultural center in Krakow
for 34.8 million PLN.
Skobud has offered the lowest price, 34.8 million PLN gross, in a tender issued by Juliusza Słowackiego Theater, concerning the construction
of Małopolski Ogród Sztuki (Małopolski Art Garden)
at 12 Rajska St. in Krakow. Other participants of the tender are: Przemysłówka Gliwice, Re-Bau, Budimex-Dromex, Budostal-2, Warbud, Chemobudowa, Instal Kraków, Budus, Skalski, PRZ and Aga Bauservice.

The investment, the substitute investor of which is OTS-IP, is going to comprise the construction of a building with a usable area of 4,800 sqm and cubature
of 21,000 meters3. Completion of the investment, designed by the Ingarden&Evy office, is to take 25 months. ■

Start Hotel chain will manage motel at Travelers' Service Center Police/Łęka. Marcin Zachowicz, press aide of Grupa Lotos, has informed PREM that PUHIT has been chosen as the operator of the motel, which will be built as a part of the Travelers' Service Center (Miejsce Obsługi Podróżnych) Police/Łęka (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship). The motel will be incorporated into the Start Hotel chain, run by a Warsaw based company. Let us recall that the general contractor of the investment, which is to be completed next year, is Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowe Pam-Bud. ■

Paczowski ET Fritsch Architectes will design Polish History Museum with area of 20,000 sqm in Warsaw. Luxemburg based architectural office Paczowski ET Fritsch Architectes has won an architectural contest
with the main prize amounting to 90,000 EUR concerning the development of a concept for the Polish History Museum in Warsaw. Second place has been awarded
to the EM Jednacz Architekci office, and third place
to Jakub Krzyczkowski.

Let us recall that the building with an area of approx. 20,000 sqm will be erected over Łazienkowska Route, along the line drawn by the Ujazdowski Park and Castle, level with Plac na Rozdrożu Square. The cost
of the investment, which is to be finalized in the 4th quarter of 2013, is estimated at over 300 million PLN. ■

Eleven companies (Paweł Tiepłow, KIPP Projekt, Arcad, MXL4 Architekci, ETC Architekci, Trans-Gaz, MWM, Bud Serwis, PPK Prokon, PA Dominiczak&Szczuraszek, Helmut Schick&Partner) have applied for admission to an architectural contest regarding the development of a concept for a roofed swimming pool. The building, planned on Broniewskiego St., is going to include 2 swimming pools and a wading pool with a total area of 1,400 sqm, seats
for 300 spectators, recreation facilities and a conference-teaching hall. The concepts can be sent in until 15th January 2010. ■

42 million PLN, co-financed from EU funds, is going

and supervising the adaptation of a building on Osieckiego St. in Nowa Huta for the purposes of the Krakow Ophthalmic Hospital. The investment will comprise modernization of the “Lipsk”-type 6-story building
with an area of approx. 5,200 sqm and cubature
of 15,600 meters3. Architectural works are to take
195 days. ■

Instal Kraków offers to modernize sports hall with area of 3,200 sqm in Katowice for 7.2 million PLN. Katowice City Office has announced that Instal Kraków has offered the lowest price (7.2 million PLN gross) in a tender

Barysz Point Line will prepare, for 132,000 PLN, design for modernization of congress hall in Gdańsk. Pomorskie Voivodeship's Marshal's Office has hired
the Barysz Point Line architectural office to prepare
a design for the modernization of the “Round Hall” (Sala Okrągła) on Okopowa St. in Gdańsk. Documentation
of the building with a cubature of 7,300 meters3, the value of which has been estimated at 132,000 PLN net, is to be ready within a period of 6 months. Other candidates
for the contract were Industria Projekt (159,000 PLN)
and BJK Architekci (288,000 PLN). ■

Tamex and Masters will modernize, for 11.4 million PLN, stadiums in Ełk and Elbląg. Tamex has won a contest
for the modernization of a light athletics stadium
at the School Complex No. 1 on 11 Listopada St. in Ełk (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship). The value
of the contract will amount to 4.7 million PLN gross.
The works, based on the design by Joanna Bobrowska's office, comprises an area of approx. 5.5 hectares, including a football pitch, multi-functional sports grounds, tennis courts, stands for 520 spectators and a technical building with an area of 350 sqm.

Meanwhile, the authorities of another city
in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship - Elbląg - have ordered a contract worth 6.7 million PLN to Masters concerning the modernization of the MOSiR stadium
on Skrzydlata St. in Elbląg. The works, based on the design by Bydgoszcz based office Euroinvest CDI, will comprise modernization of the changing room-warehouse-office facilities and stands for 650 spectators. ■

Siemiątkowo commune seeks contractor for sports hall with area of 1,800 sqm. Until 23rd December, offers
with a deposit of 60,000 PLN concerning the construction of a sports hall, will be collected at the Siemiątkowo Commune Office (Mazowieckie Voivodeship). The two-story building with an area of 1,800 sqm and cubature
of 18,000 meters3 and with seats for 350 spectators,
is to be erected by 19th December 2011. ■

Romines will modernize, for over 7.9 million PLN, light athletics stadium in Łódź. Warsaw based company Romines has been chosen as general contractor
of the 1st stage of works on the modernization of the light athletics stadium on Lumumby St. in Łódź. The value
of the contract, ordered by the Łódź City Office,
will amount to over 7.9 million PLN gross. The works should be finalized by 30th June 2010. ■

Integral will build sports hall in Munina for nearly
7 million PLN.
The authorities of Jarosław commune (Podkarpackie Voivodeship) have hired Rzeszów based company Integral to build a sports hall with an area
of 1,700 sqm in Munina. The contract, worth nearly
7 million PLN gross, will be carried out on the basis
of documentation prepared by Grzegorz Kalamarz
from Przeworsk. Another bidder in the tender was Sanakiewicz. Documentation prepared by companies Budpol, Hołyszko and Budexim was rejected due to formal reasons. ■

Ekoinbud will modernize, for 5.8 million PLN, Pomorze Środkowe Museum buildings in Słupsk. Management
of the Pomorze Środkowe Museum in Słupsk has hired
the consortium of companies Ekoinbud and Trwały Dom
to modernize the historical buildings in Swołowo (Pomorskie Voivodeship). The contract,
worth 5.8 million PLN, based on the design
by Inwestprojekt Słupsk, will concern buildings with a total area of approx. 2,000 sqm. Another bidder in the tender was Przedsiębiorstwo Ogólnobudowlane I Konserwacji Zabytków (7.2 million PLN). ■

Śląskie Konsorcjum Ekologiczne will design sports hall in Korsze with stands for 500 spectators. Forty-three companies made offers for designing a sports hall
with stands for approx. 500 spectators in Korsze.
The lowest price - 24,400 PLN - has been offered
by Śląskie Konsorcjum Ekologiczne, the highest
(694,000 PLN gross) - by Krakow based office IMB Asymetria. Architectural works on the construction
of the hall are to be finalized by 30th June 2010. ■

INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENTS

GDDKiA in Olsztyn issues tender for construction
of 2 sections of S7 Elbląg-Olsztynek expressway.
Olsztyn division of the General Management of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has issued 2 tenders
for the contracting of the S7 expressway between Miłomłyn and Ostróda (9 km) and between Ostróda Południe and Olsztynek (20 km). Applications concerning admission to tender will be collected until 5th
and 6th January 2010, respectively. Twenty chosen contractors will be invited to submit offers with a deposit of 2.7 million PLN and 6.5 million PLN. Both investments should be finalized by 31st May 2012. ■

GDDKiA in Poznań seeks contractor for S5 expressway Żnin-Gniezno. Poznań division of the General Management of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has issued a tender for the contracting
of a section of the S5 expressway, between the “Mielno” junction and Gniezno (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship).
The construction of an 18 km route, with 3 road junctions (Mielno, Goślinowo, Piekary), 11 overpasses
and 4 bridges, is to take 19 months. The deadline
for submitting applications regarding admission to tender falls on 30th December of this year. No more
than 20 contractors will be invited to submit offers
with a deposit of 5.2 million PLN. ■

GDDKiA in Olsztyn seeks contractor for modernization of 8 km long section of National Road No. 16.
Until 29th December, Olsztyn division of the General Management of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) will be collecting applications regarding admission to tender for the modernization of an 8 km long section of National Road No. 16 (DK 16), between Biskupiec and Borki Wielkie (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship). Twenty contractors will be invited to submit offers with a deposit of 1.7 million PLN. Completion
of the contract is to take 15 months. ■

Consortium of Eurovia-Mosty Chrzanów-Poldim offer to build ring road for Chrzanów for 71.9 million PLN. Chrzanów City Office (Małopolskie Voivodeship) has announced that the consortium of Eurovia Polska-Mosty Chrzanów-Poldim Tarnów had offered the lowest price - 71.9 million PLN - in a tender for the design
and construction of the 2nd stage of the north-eastern city ring road. Another candidate for the contract is PBI Energopol (75.4 million PLN). The planned route is going to connect Voivodeship Road No. 781 with A4 motorway and National Road No. 79. The investment
s to be finalized by 31st May 2012. ■

Strabag and Heilit will build road overpass in course
of Voivodeship Road No. 935 for 67.2 million PLN.
Katowice division of the General Management of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has ordered a contract worth 67.2 million PLN to the consortium of companies Strabag and Heilit concerning the general contracting
of the overpass over the A-1 motorway, in the course
of Voivodeship Road No. 935 Racibórz-Pszczyna.
The investment constitutes a part of the construction
of A1 motorway between Bełk and Świerklany. ■

Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowych will extend Voivodeship Road No. 703 for 49.3 million PLN. Voivodeship Roads Management (ZDW) in Łódź has ordered a contract worth 49.3 million PLN gross
to Poddębice based Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowych concerning the extension of Voivodeship Road No. 703. The contract, concerning the modernization of the road between Poddębice and Wartkowice, is to be carried
out by 28th September 2012. ■

Consortium of Tebodin SAP Projekt-MP Mosty offers to design bridge in Brzeg Dolny for 2.4 million PLN. Dolnośląska Służba Dróg I Kolei (DSDiK - Dolnośląska Roads and Rail Services) in Wrocław has announced
that the consortium established by MP Mosty and Tebodin SAP Projekt has offered the lowest price (2.4 million PLN) in a tender for the design of a bridge on River Odra
in Brzeg Dolny, along with access roads. Other candidates for the contract are APIA XXI (2.75 million PLN), Halcrow Group (2.88 million PLN), Biproego (2.96 million PLN), Transprojekt Kraków (3.34 million PLN), Sudop Praha (4.9 million PLN), and the consortium whose leader is BBKS Projekt (5.7 million PLN).

The contract comprises the development
of documentation for a bridge and its access roads
(from district road No. 2060D to Voivodeship Road
No. 341 - approx. 6.8 km; a section from National Road No. 94 to district road No. 2060D - approx. 5.8 km;
and a section from Voivodeship Road No. 341
to Voivodeship Road No. 340 - approx. 8 km). Contract works are to be finalized by 15th January 2011. ■

Scott Wilson will receive 17 million PLN for supervising construction of A-4 motorway in Rzeszów area. Rzeszów division of the General Management of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has hired the consortium of Scott Wilson-Promost Consulting to perform counseling services regarding management and investor's supervision over the design works and construction of 2 sections of A-4 motorway in the Rzeszów area (Jarosław-Radzymno
and Radzymno-Korczowa).

Contract works, worth 17 million PLN net, concerning the roads with a total length of 47 km, will take approx.
54 months. Another bidder in the tender was Egis Poland (24.9 million PLN). The offers made by ZBM Inwestor-Sener-ECM Group Polska (13.9 million PLN), Arcadis
(28 million PLN) and Mott MacDonald-Zamojska Dyrekcja Inwestycji (21.9 million PLN) have been rejected due to formal reasons. ■

WPRD offers to modernize Sikorskiego St. in Olsztyn for 29 million PLN. The consortium established
by Warmińsko Mazurskie Przedsiębiorstwo Drogowe
and PUDIZ has offered the lowest price (29 million PLN gross) in a tender for the extension of Sikorskiego St.
in the course of Voivodeship Road No. 598 (between
the junction of Wilczyńskiego St. and Jarocka St.)
and construction of Witosa St. (between Kanta
and Sikorskiego streets). Other participants of the tender were Pol Aqua-Budbaum (31.5 million PLN), Strabag-Dromo Ostróda-PRD Lidzbark Warmiński-PDM Pisz-PRD Gajewo (33.3 million PLN), Polimex Mostostal
(33.4 million PLN) and PRIB (36 million PLN).

The investment will be based on the design
by companies Dro-Konsult and Now-Eko. The works are
to be finalized by the end of November 2011. ■

Consortium with Trakcja Polska offers to modernize railroad infrastructure for 952 million PLN. PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe (Polish Rail) has announced
that the consortium of Trakcja Polska-PRKiI Wrocław-PRK in Krakow-TCHAS-ZUEiK-ZRK DOM has offered the lowest price (952 million PLN gross) in a tender
for the modernization of the local control center (LCS) Działdowo.

Other candidates for the contract are Ferroco-Intercor (988 million PLN), Strabag-Trakce Tor-SVKF Tarsasag (1.085 billion PLN), Leonahard Weiss-Leonahrd Weiss-VolkerRail Polska-Energopol Szczecin-DPNIK Dolkom (1.18 billion PLN) and OHL-Erbud Pomorze-Polwar
(1.73 billion PLN). ■

PRODUCERS OF BUILDING MATERIALS

Agat+ is preparing construction of PCV door
and window factory in Szczecin.
The Agat+ company
is conducting administrative preparations
for the construction of a plant producing PCV and wooden doors and windows. The enterprise will be located
on Goleniowska Street in Szczecin-Dąbie. ■

SIiB will build concrete plant in Łowicz. SiiB is obtaining administrative permits for the construction
of a concrete production plant for the production
of concrete prefabricates in Łowicz (Łódzkie Voivodship). The investment will be located on Kaliska Street
and will include the construction of a complex
with a capacity of 192 t/24 hours (80m3/24 hours). ■

LB will build steel construction plant with area
of approx. 1,700 sqm.
The LB (formerly Lechbud) Company is waiting for permission for the construction
of a plant producing steel constructions in Janków (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodship). The complex
will consist of three industrial halls and an administrative-social outlet with a total usable area of almost 1,700 sqm. The design of the investment was prepared by Profkad from Szczecin. ■

VARIOUS NEWS

Construction of waste sorting plants is planned
in Grajewo and Tczew.
The BIOM Company,
which belongs to Związek Komunalny Biebrza,
has announced a tender procedure for the general contracting of a waste disposal facility in Koszarówka, commune of Grajewo (Podlaskie Voivodship).
The investment, designed by the Geobud facility
from Zielona Góra, should be carried out within 12 months. Bids with a tender deposit of 200,000 PLN
can be submitted until January 14, 2010.

Meanwhile, the Waste Disposal Directorate in Tczew (Pomorskie Voivodship) has entrusted Grontmij Polska with investorial supervision of the construction of a waste disposal facility on Rokicka Street. The value
of the contract is 400,000 PLN net. Other companies
that tried to obtain the order were: Scott Wilson
(800,000 PLN), DHV Polska (560,000 PLN), ECM Group (444,000 PLN) and Tebodin SAP-Projekt (526,000 PLN). The works to be carried out by the consortium J.A.T.-Wakoz, worth 7.45 mln PLN net, will take 15 months. Design documentation of the investment was prepared
by Inżynieria Pro Eko from Warsaw. ■
