Controlling the stage fright before the presentation

•    Recall and imagine a success from the past

•    Repeat the introduction, the main points of the presentation

•    Prepare the place of the presentation, check if everything works fine, look around, concentrate on the observation of the nearest environment, take care of the fuli perception of all your senses "here and now” (sounds, smells, appearance of the room)

•    Control and train the initial posturę co you will feel confident and free.
