Separate people from the problems.

This is not as easy as it seems. Many people, when feeling sympathy for the other person tend to endorse their offers morę. Similarly, negative emotions - personal bias towards interlocutors sometimes causes the negative attitude to their offering. We must work on how our attitude arises. Our reaction is not always determined by the other's side attitude, sometimes our problems make the mood of our partner worse. Also, the treatment, the way we address other people can be a source of errors in the image of the situation, prejudice and incorrectness.

Maintaining control over our emotions is one of the basie conditions for the most possible beneficial effects of the ta Iks.
