Tie the base strand into a circle of beads. After several rows of beading, return the taił back through the bead-work, do not cross any open areas between the squares. Pass through several beads, half-hitch the taił around a woven thread, carry the taił through a few morę beads, half-hitch again and take the needle through a few morę beads (figurę B-9). Clip the taił, taking care not to cut a woven thread then glue the knots. If you wish to avoid knots, take the thread around through the beads of one or two sguares again.

To jołn a new working thread. Follow the beading path of two squares and exit the same bead as the old working thread. Use a square knot to tie the new working thread to the old working thread (figurę 10a). Pick up the appropriate number of beads and complete the next square. After working several rows, take the taił of the old working thread and circle back through the beads of one or two squares (figurę lOb). Take care to never cross an open space in the netting.
