1/4" t-nut, all but one prong flattened

1/4" T-nut, held in by three screws. You could also use a threaded insert.

Lower blade guide attaches to trunion mounting beam

1.25" washer

1 5/8" (4 cm) long 1/4" knock-down screw

1.25" (3 cm ) long 1/4" knock-down screw

elear bottom of table when tilted 45 degrees.

This guide błock has the corner cut off so it won't hit the table if it's tilted 45 degrees.

Alternately, cut a cavity in the bottom of the table to accomodate.
