FRONT AND REAR WHEELS 14-7

BEARING REPLACEMENT

• Remove the dust seals with the special tool. (S) 09913-50121: Oil seal remover

•    Remove the bearings with the special tool. |S) 09921-20240: Bearing remover set

•    Remove the spacer.

•    Apply grease to the bearings.

•    Reassemble the bearings and spacer with

•    Fit the dust seals and apply grease tę

NOTĘ:

*    Install the right side (dis side bearing.

*    After installing the bearings, inspect the bearings for smooth movement.

*    When installing the dust seal, place the manufacturer’s codę indicated side of the dust seal outside.

DISC PLATĘ REPLACEMENT

•    Remove the disc piąte.

•    Apply THREAD LOCK to the bolts. (USA)

•    Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER to the bolts. (Others)

tS 99000-32050: THREAD LOCK “1342” (USA)

99000-32110: THREAD LOCK SUPER “1322” (Others)

•    Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.

H Disc piąte bolt: 10 N m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 Ib-ft)
