FRONT AND REAR WHEELS 14-5

Apply grease to the bearings.

Reassemble the bearings and spacer with the special tool.

Fit the dust seals and apply grease to their lips.

NOTĘ:

*    Instali the left side (disc side) bearing first and then the right side bearing.

*    After installing the bearings, inspect the bearings for smooth movement.

*    When installing the dust seat, place the manufacturers codę indicated side of the dust seat outside.

DISC PLATĘ REPLACEMENT

♦    Remove the disc piąte.

♦    Apply THREAD LOCK to the bolts. (UŚĄ)

♦    Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER tó the boW fOthers) ""

SS 99000-32050: THREAD LOÓk “i34aⁿ (USA) aa 99000-32110: THREAC LOCk SUPER “1322” (Others)

* Tighten the bolts to the-spećifted-tórque.

H Disc piąte bolt: 10 Ńm(1.0 kgt-m, 7.0 Ib-tt)

INSTALLATION

♦ Hołd the axle shaft with the special tool and tighten the axle nut temporarily.

♦    Remove the błock trom under the chassis tubę and move the front forks up and down several times.

♦    Tighten the axle nut to the specified torque.

H Axle nut: 35 N-m (3.5 kgt-m, 25.5 Ib-ft)

♦    Tighten the left and right axle holder bolts to the specified torque.

[5 Axle holder bolt: 18 N m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.0 Ib-ft)
