BEARING REPLACEMENT

• Remove the dust seals with the special tool.

Remove the bearings with the special tool. 09921-20240: Bearing removerset

Remove the spacer.

♦    Apply grease to the bearings.

♦    Reassemble the bearings and spacer with the spećiaKpól.

♦    Fit the dust seals and apply grease to their lifis. \ \

NOTĘ:    \    \ \

*    Install the right sicie (di$e side) bearing first and then the right side bearing.

*    After installing the bearings, inspect the bearings for smooth movement.

*    When installing the dust seal, place the manufacturers codę indicated side of the dust seal outside.

DISC PLATĘ REPLACEMENT

*    Remove the disc piąte.

•    Apply THREAD LOCK to the bolts. (USA)

♦    Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER to the bolts. (Others)

99000-32050: THREAD LOCK “1342” (USA) tfU 99000-32110: THREAD LOCK SUPER “1322” (Others)

♦    Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.

H Disc piąte bolt: 10 N m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 Ib-ft)
