- the new upper moulding, centring it ln
relation to the corners;
- the lower moulding, ensuring that it is centred in relation to the ends of the upper moulding.
PREPAK1NG THE FRAME
Apply metal primer to the pointa where the frame has been damaged baak to the metal during the removal or cleaning process.
Do not put any primer on the remaining łayer of ma3tic. If necessary, cut the applicator with a pair of scissors.
Fit a new parcel ahelf 3eal to the frame.

Take the nozzle with the triangular section from the bondlng kit and cut it as 3hown above 30 that a 11 mm high bead of mastie oan be extruded.
Take the mastie cartridge, pieree the membranę with a sorewdriver and screw on the nozzle.
Then pieree the metal capsule at the base of the cartridge.
U3ing a spray gun, apply the bead of mastie, guiding the nozzle along the mouldings.
With a spatula, smooth down the join where the two ends of the bead meet. *
Using two pairs of 3uction pads, offer up the screen, holding it parallel to the tailgate frame.
Firstly. fit the lower edge, ensuring that it ia centred, ther* bring the screen down oompletely. To oentre the lower edge, compare the corners of the tailgate with the ends of the lower moulding on both side3.
NOTEs The vehicle must be left stationary for at leaat 3 bours. We atrongly reeommend that this time be used t>o run water over the edge of the windscreen, firstly so that any sealing faults can be detected and, secondly, to accelerat.e polymerisation of the ma3tic.
