KICK STARTER 8-5

♦ Install the spring guide © with the groove ® of the spring guide engaged with the return spring <2>.

* Install the kick starter ® to the kick starter shaft.

NOTĘ:

Be surę to afign the punch marks on the kick starter and kick starter shaft when fitting the kick starter.

Install the kick starter ass’y to the crankcase. spring ©.

Reassemble the kick idle gear.

Reassemble the primary driven gear (C7"7-5, 7)    \

* Reassemble the clutch cover <§> and kick lever ®.

H Clutch cover bolt: 11 N m (1.1 kgf-m, 8.0 Ib-ft) Kick lever bolt: 23 N m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 Ib-ft)

♦ Install the kick starter lever with punch mark on the lever aligned with the punch mark on the kick shaft.
