KICK STARTER 6-3

REMOVAL

*    Drain łransmission oil. (C7"2-9)

♦    Drain the engine coolant. (CC/^2-12)

•    Remove the rear brake pedał. (d/“3-3)

♦    Remove the kick starter lever.

*    Remove the crankcase cover.

♦    Remove the clutch. (0^5-3, 4)

Remove the kick starter idle gear CD and washer.

09900-06107: Snap ring pliers

Unhook the kick return spring and remove the kick starter assembly.

Remove the kick starter guide <2).

Disassemble the following parts from the kick starter śhaft. Spring guide ©
