Make a... toy bag

Step 1

CUT your stitching to 36x36cm. Cut one 36x36cm fabric piece and three 23x36cm pieces. Pin and hem the top of each piece, except one of the 23x26cm pieces.

Step 2

WITH right sides together, attach the side panels to either side of the front panel. Continue attaching the panels together. making surę the top hemmed edges all linę up.

Step 3

IF desired, create a lining in the same way as the bag itself and slot into place. Attach your handles to the inside hemmed edge or sandwich between the layers.

Step 4

CUT out somefelttriangles. Arrange them along the top of your bag, overlapping them slightly if necessary. Attach with running stitch along the top edge.
